@Jarleen239 Import a clip to After Effects, then create a new composition and just drag the clip down to the timeline. You could also drag a clip onto the "New Composition Button" that's located under the imported clips.

You know in sony vegas its just as easy as putting diffrent videos on 2 layers and masking its less then a 2 minutte process.

@guitarherogaminglege nice thats cool! good job! by the way, if you want to make more game walkthrough videos you should get a capture card so that you dont have to film your tv! it will make your videos seem a lot more professional. just search capture card on google they tend to only cost around $40 or so
