what type of music is this? plz don't say calm. I want to kno what genre this is cuz i've given up in hard rock like 30 sec to Mars or chem romance. Is this genre easy listening, soul or alternative?

@lifeisreal1990 It's alternative. I looked it up online, and that was the genre she was written in under.

Also, congratulations on escaping the boggy mire that is hard rock. There's no doubt that there are extremely talented artists in that arena, but after realizing that I wasn't even remotely happy when listen to that sort of music, I hopped straight over into the glorious river of deep-thoughts and soulful reflection that is folk, acoustic, and alternative music.

@mrsbeahrinthetardis yes, thanks. The hard rock music sounds kinda 'messy', its hard to describe, but its like a blur of sounds or something. So these calmer pieces are much more emotional. Made with spirit, i prefer this much more. If i get kids, i'm going to show them this music, and hopefully they'll stay in this field, rather than heavy metal, rap or pop.

Okay I heard this song on satilite radio four million times in a mcdonalds right, and the volume was never high enough for me to really hear the Song lyrics i just heard a few phrases and a pretty voice. so for a while I searched each phrase on google lyrics search engines and all. I gave up then and was like it's not worth it, until I thought of one more phrase she said and that was 'Come on come out'. when i searched it i found it. it was Totally WORTH IT! The song is just AMAZING! :D REPLAY!

Das Lied in guter Tonqualität ist echt schön.

I'm not sure what this song is about, but it seems to hit me emotionally somehow. I first heard it when I stumbled across a live video performance of it on Rhapsody. It was just a lovely song sung passionately by a lovely woman smiling a beautiful smile throughout much of the song. For some reason it brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it. The album version doesn't have quite the same effect as it is not quite as subdued and lacks the visuals. It is still a great song though.
