  • And the fault is WE THE PEOPLE...kim

  • Our courts are 100% percent corrupt, the judges don't even know the laws, neither do our congress members.

  • Out of all the injustices that we face, this one is the most scariest. Just look at what the Health Care corporate lobby has accomplished, John is right, we have to step up as people and do something to save our country. Make a stand!

  • Will pass on the links! Thanks !

  • MOBILIZE against this most horrible development!

Here is one more action link

    ( backed by Rep.donna Edwards )

  • @dullsvillain

OOPS i see you have it ( although you don't mention a petition)

Thanks for the links I pasted them on my vid and have signed 4 petitions so far.

  • Judge John "the fascist" Roberts has now demonstrated himself to be an illiterate and treacherous jurist.

Here's a little free speech for you, Judge Roberts! "Let's hang you from the highest tree."

  • Corporate Personhood is a LIE that we have lived with for over one hundred years. It greatly limits the state's ability to regulate these monsters. If you read Santa Clara v Southern Pacific, which is the original citation of this lie, you will find nothing in the holding which actually says this. There is only a quotation attributed to the Chief Justice in the headnotes. Is that the way laws are made? The plain reading of the 14th Amendment shows no intention to make corporations citizens.

  • what difference does it make they already funnel as much money as they want anyway

  • It was a good decision.

Example: Sean Hannity, who works for a corporation, can attack a Democratic candidate everyday right up until the election. But a Union or a corporation cannot pay for an ad to counter Hannity.

Now a Union can pay for an ad to counter Hannity's BS anytime it wants.

  • First of all, you're attaching far too much importance to Hannity. An overwhelming majority of the country doesn't listen to him. Secondly, this is not about republicans vs. democrats. It's about equal exposure for all qualified candidates, and the peoples' right to decide for ourselves which ones are best. To say it was a good decision is to ignore the fact that the destructive corporate influence over our electoral process was bad enough already, and this decision only makes it worse.

  • Mainstream media is such a scam. Hannity, Huckabee, Beck, O'Reilly... they are scrambling to decieve and mislead. I have such contempt for them. Laughable insults, all of them.

  • In a corrupt system this was the next logical step.

  • Good work man :)

I added this to my playlist.

Keep on being a good human, and good American

Carry on Perry - throw NeoCons with a match (stick) and oilly jerry :)

  • Sadly we are watching not only the fall of the American empire, but of the American democracy itself. America is being used and abused by the few in power and those who are profiteering from such abuse, and all are being controlled by The Zionist Masters of America.

Those same Zionists can now be easily seen setting shop in China and India, because they are well aware of what they have been doing and what the end results will be.

Wake up America, and PUNISH those 5th column parasitic Zionists!

  • i fear it is too late to care.. it is over and now there will be no point voting. if the corporations can't buy the election, diebold will fix it.. how friggin sad is that?

  • It's never too late to care, Dave. That's just what the fascists want you to think. Makes it easy for them. These people are certainly relentless in throwing one scam after another at us, but we need to be just as relentlessness in fighting back. Nobody's saying it will be quick or easy, but if we don't make the effort, we're part of the problem. We can't wast time worrying about what the odds are. We just need to do it. Everyone who reads this needs to go check the links and share them widely.

  • Limbaugh is for Corporate Person-hood and so is Glenn Beck. Palin hasn't chimed in yet, but her silence is deafening.

Roberts, Thomas, Scalia, Alito and Kennedy all pissed on the Constitution, and Limbaugh is okay with that??

This shouldn't be a partisan issue a pattern is emerging.

  • giving voice to whats needed, Thank you. Well done.

  • They say the alleged terrorism is a threat to the USA...

Well, I see what's going on now as a far great threat to the USA...

  • "speech means money"...

more like "freedom means money", sadly.

    great video, john.

    fav'd and featured.

  • Exactly!..

  • FEAR is what they will always use to take our rights away.

Those who give up liberty for security deserve neither liberty nor security.

The Incumbent Protect Act was a horrible law that was rightfully decided by SCOTUS Even Greenwald agrees But most still get fooled by MSM thru and will give up rights for the government to protect them from the evils of society.

  • Our individual Freedoms are all but gone. I wish I were a corporation.

  • Our countrymen's ignorance is gonna cost us the fall of our country..

  • *****
