  • @619ycan619 You can find out how to have hd render settings in sony vegas pro 10 with tutorials on YouTube! :)

  • hey i have sony vegas too and same camera but vegas doesnt support avchd? how do you do it?

  • Do you know how to take off widescreen? thanjs!

  • @SpringyChloe To take it off widescreen watch a tutorial on YouTube! :)

  • You want to see a full HD test with this cam : /watch?v=czC4cYzD4LA

  • how do u fill the whole youtube screen? and keep the good quality? what are ur render settings?

  • how long can it record on one full battery?

  • @7JDH7NL7 never ran it that long so i can't say for certain.

  • Does this camera require an sd card?

  • @hanshotfirststudios yes, it requires an SD card

  • @TheWholeMatt Thanks.

  • what quality did you use for recording this? uxp, xp, sp or ep?

  • hey i have the jvc everio gz-hm300 and it records high quality but when i upload it to youtube it is 240p please respond

  • @lewisdude24 maybe you didn't record in HD. High quality and HD are different.

  • Would you be able to use the files in movie maker?

  • @TwoManEditz God no. You would have to convert it first.

  • @brucecon how do you convert them?

  • @hockeyplusguns17 Search tirelessly for free software to concert from whatever format it films in (.MP4 to .AVI) that should be included with the camera. Once you find something and it still doesn't work very well then give up and return the camera. :-) The quality is crap anyhow... even filming something that moves slowly will look very blurry. In this case, you get even less than what you pay for.

  • I am looking at purchasing this camera but I would like an opinion of someone who already owns one. I have been searching for a good 2 weeks now and just can't decide but this one's caught my eye! I wanted a full HD camcorder with image stabilization, good zoom and one that will record into a format that can be edited in Sony vegas 7.0. What format does it record into? =) can you save the clips onto your PC? =)

  • @raythegoth it records in avchd format which is compatible with sony vegas. Yes i can save the clips onto my pc. It's a great camera for the money.

  • @TheWholeMatt

Hey can you please send me a personal message on how you got the vid on your computer to upload it to youtube....please im having trouble doing that

  • Wow, the quality seems superb! By the way, is this camera the same as the JVC Everio GZ-HM300SEK? I'm just confused as to weather adding the "SEK" to the end of name makes it a different camera or something.

  • @WeakGuy thanks, and yes i think that is the full model name for the cam. But people take off the sek for some reason.

  • @TheWholeMatt Okay, thanks a lot!

  • Hey, I just bought this camera and the video is terrible, so I went and bought an ultra card with faster read write speeds which improved the video but it still looks nowhere near the quality of your videos. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  • @jagoble25 maybe you have the video recording set to something other than 1080? maybe you have it set to dvd quality?

  • @jagoble25 also, uploading the videos straight from camera to youtube results in less than stellar quality. They have to be encoded best for youtube with a program like sony vegas or something like that.

  • ur dogs are fucking cool dude :)

  • @MnMFreeStyle haha thanks, but they're not mine. they're my wife's brothers'.

  • @TheWholeMatt your brother in law...

  • Would you recommend this one or the DXG-590v because i'm really torn in between the two i need one with auto focus and HD quality and that can be edited/rendered in Sony Vegas----PLEASE REPLY !!

  • @AiricaLush1 get fh1a

  • @BBrtqB The thing is i'm on a budget so how much does that one run??

  • @AiricaLush1 around 30-80 dollars more and its at least 20X better, WAY better quality, higher FPS rate for everything, a 240fsp mode, a 600fps mode, Great colors, HD up to 1080p Solid State(Which Eveerio doesn't have) but... its in AVCHD (great quality, but takes on heck of a computer to edit, amazon is not in stock right now though

  • @BBrtqB Ya thats the thing lol i'm on a strict budget an then i do beauty tutorials and i use Sony Vegas and i need to edit and things and my pc isn't as fast :(

  • @AiricaLush1 oh ha ok... well if you want to show bright colors i don't think the everio (on this video) looks too well, id go with the DXG-590v if i were you, looks much nicer

  • @AiricaLush1 i really like this one over the dxg

  • how's this camera in low light?

  • @AccordionManiac not good.... not at all good. very... very VERY noisy!!! :(

-from a consumer who is getting tired of this camera in low light...

  • i down loaded a video to you tube straight of the cam and they dont look this sharp do you need the jvc software or will windows movie maker work i think my laptop isnt compatible with this hd cam...

  • How can i use this as a webcam??

  • throw the ball throw the ball...

  • awesome bro thanks!

  • when moving the GZ-HM300 videos over to your computer what format are they in straight of the camera and did you have issues loading them up to vagas? Please help :D

  • @skrillztv they are in avchd format, which is compatible with sony vegas.

  • @TheWholeMatt can u use imovie on know u used sony vegas so this may be dumb queston if u dont know it s fine

    Thanks!

  • question, i have vegas movie studio platinum 10 and it desnt accept the video format shot by this camera(i have the same one) is there any way to get it on there?

  • @TerminallyILLprod14 hmmm, that's new to me. Not exactly sure, i'd google it. Worst case you can just download a free converter to convert your vids to something your program accepts

  • my vegas doesnt support mts files is there anyway to make it support them

  • i just got that camera and it only the audio shows up when i import it to sony vegas 8 how could i fix this

  • they sound like dinosors dog lol i wach your video and decid to go and buy it great vid mate and great cam !

  • OMG CUTE LABRADORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • hey, does it have manual focus? and is it compatible with windows 7?

  • @cammygurl97 it does have manual focus but it is horrendous. And yes it's compatible with windows 7

  • Hi, I got the same camera, but I haven't really used it yet. A question, if I edit the videos, does the quality become worse? ;l

  • @RuRuChanSuu not necessarily

  • Can u use a remote?

  • @beefsoup555 yeah, but it doesn't come with the camera.

  • @TheWholeMatt yea i know that , I own one. Where can u buy one?

  • @TheWholeMatt where can you buy the remote ?

  • @CheckeredApe unfortunately, no.

  • Hi it s beautiful video but i ve a question witch is the battery life? Please reply me i m interessated to buy thanks a lot

  • @ugosm battery lasts about an hour and a half of straight footage.

  • Wow! it is a nice quality.....I want to buy this camera..quite cheap. It has flash memory, right? And what's different about 1080p and 1080i?? Reply if you can...

    btw, cute dogs:D

  • @Sansoots the difference is in the type of ''scanning'' progressive (p) and interlaced (i). The interlaced format draws the odd numbered lines on your screen first, 1, 3, 5, etc and then it draws the even number lines 2, 4, 6, etc., while the progressive-scan format draws all the lines at the same time.

You might think this is a big difference but the interlaced format does the drawing of both really fast, within 1/30th of a second, so it should not be something that is easily noticeable

  • Hi MY vegas Also Accept MTS (AVCHD) But after you edit what format you redeem(save)??

  • @mloureirojr i save it in .m2t

  • @mloureirojr .m2t format

  • Be aware. The camera is not 1080p. I just received it as a gift and found through online research that it is 1080i. Yes, i am disappointed. However, the video quality still looks great.

  • WOW, amazing quality o.o

just one question, where´s the diffrence between the HM300 and HM330 ?? from germany :D

  • @schemmler hm300 is the newer model. HM330 doesn't have the new advanced image stabilizer which almost eliminates "jello" like shots when on the move.

  • i'm getting this camera in large part due to this video. The quality is absolutely stunning.

  • When you edited your clips with Sony Vegas Pro, did you have to convert the AVCHD .mts format, or does the program accept it? Also, do you have Windows Vista or 7? I use Windows XP with SP3 and am having trouble with the .mts format. Thanks.

  • @PxQxP i didn't have to convert it, vegas accepts it as is. I use windows 7

  • @TheWholeMatt alright. thank you

  • Thanks for the video, I have been looking to buy this camera and this video shows the quality that can be shot

  • it looks pretty good here, but youtube doesn't do this camera justice. When you see the raw video, you'll be amazed.
