Why dont you SEEK the ball, you have a tendense to fall back, while tossing yourself, get abit more spacing between the cones, and seek the ball with your upper body and arms, 1: of all the angle, of the shot will be decreased, 2: You wont miss the ball into the net if it hits your hands 3: You get better lenght, cause while jumping sideways, you can't use your upper leg muscles, so it all comes to SEEK THE BALL! keep legs together and bent when handeling ground balls. stay on ur toes
