Hi i live in herne bay and i was out with my friends friday night a week ago down hampton. I have pictures of the same starnge light which is in your video. In my pictures you can see two clear lights that fade in and out as they go up down left and right they changed from red green and white please get back to me if you are interested in seeing my pics. This is really weird coz i have seen them twice onece in hampton once in whitstable the whitstable one was biggest plz get back to me.
My son photographed something like this 5 years ago. Similar scenario - high in the skies, eventually hidden by same kind of clouds. So I agree it is real, not faked. What it is - who knows? What I like is the clouds are moving in another direction so it isn't local atmospheric phenomenon.
This infra red phenomenon is quite common...in fact there is a Mexican guy who works with the ufo expert Jaime Masseim where by he has a rig with a regular set camcorder alongside an infra-red camcorder on a frame.He runs them simultaneously and picks up hovering objects and orbs etc that are only visible within the IR.The 3rd Gen nightvision goggles are also supposed to be brilliant for night sky watching.Google "Ed Grimsley" he has ufo footage through nightvision.

Yer i agree with you Biscuitcase it is frustrating but i live in southampton and i have seen 3 objects last year and one in 98 so i can honestly say putting my life on the line these things are real what ever they are.

If this sighting inspired deploying equipment and recording, then why was there a Conspicuous Absence of a TRIPOD? and why does this flaw in amenability to analysis appear so frequently in so many vids - when close up & personal close encounters and interactive missions are underway?
Great video mate, very interesting object. What camcorder do you have? I have the Sony HandyCam DCR HC53e with x40 optical zoom. My camcorder has infrared ability as it has night vision, but could you suggest a infrared filter I could use during the day so that I can film videos like this?
if this is filmed in infra red, it is no light, it is a warming-source!
