You can tell its not a monkey due to the angle of the head and the angle of the eyes. the better guess is a guy with bright rare-genetic yellow eye in a black hoody or it could actually be a dark mist. The likelyhood of this being a black panther or melanistic cougar (a rare condition in cougars where there born black in color) is highly doughtful as they are not indigenous to Portugal where this video is reportedly shot. In fact you wont find a black cat of this size hanging out on a tree brach of this size for at least 2500 miles. This to me is an unknown and pretty strange.
