have you read the Patten reportr there are 7 of them but the ones that count are by Jane kenedy they tell you what weapons the met police have tested out, it includes the ADS microwave weapon
u are correct the frequencies are also used for broadcast purposes. they happen to be the frequencies of choice in mind entrainment and attack or torture routines because they are highly penetrative.
also check the power density's too high for TV signals, plus the stronger emanations are restricted to the interior of the flat, which would not be the case if they are broadcast from a mast.
odd that these high signals followed me from house to tent, BTW.
The next step is to buy a radio scanner and listen in on what could be on those frequencies. Or use an old analog TV and flip thru the UHF channels. Without checking a frequency chart, based on American frequencies, those look like TV signals. I don't know what they are in the UK.
