I'd have thought a University President could find other things to do besides attack poor people, and would understand the importance of nutrition in keeping a more intelligent population, but Richmond is acting like a typical burro-crat, defending his turf, rather than looking out for the good of the whole. I hope his words help awaken people that the internet has far more educational potential than Universities.
