I like that you wear elf and mix it with high end, that's how it should be, good quality can be affordable too :) I'm currently wearing the brand Essence, it's ridiculously cheap and amazing quality, I swear foundation is like 5 dollars and so good, eyeshadows are only 2!! amazing ;)

I have used the Elf liquid liner and it was a mess and took forever to dry. I did not like it at all. Looks like it's no problem for you. So not sure if it's me or the liner....lol If you can recommend another liner that would be great or what I need to do that would be great. I like the look you did! :)
