The Judoon are the most interesting of any Dr. Who alien creations. Unlike other aliens and/or monsters in Who, they don't randomly kill and destroy. They are galactic cops and law enforcers, whose only interest is to "get their man". They do it with efficiency and they stop at nothing until they have accomplished it.

@cyriljackal rhinoboy says judoon have no jurisdiction over humans, so did they break the law by taking a hospital to the moon, and isn`t killing a human also against their law, and i also wonder how they managed to track the alien to the hospital, they didn`t seem that intelligent to me, and does anyone know why the doctor didn`t tell them who he was, after all he speaks their language and has level 5 status, talk about making life hard for yourself.

@scissorphilip I think they don't particularly care what gets in their way during a case. I think they were on a vaporize first, ask questions later mission so the Doctor just wanted to stay out of the way while figuring out who the alien was in the hospital.

@rowan729 Well I wouldn't really consider the Judoon villians even though they are considered villians because if you watch the epidode Smith and Jones you will know that the old lady was the real villian even though yea in the season finale of series 5 they joined the alliance to stop the Doctor but that because they thought that he was the one who was responsible for the cracks in the universe.
