Call me crazy, but I would think that a true test of skill would be to go with that the game gives you in a straight-up fight.

Not a cheat. Counter punching fills up your bar more than just punching the guy with repeated punches during a stun. What this person was smart about was the fact that you can pause the game to let your Super Punch charge the rest of the way up.

Take a few more looks at the video and you'll see what I mean.
