If it happens only with three adjacent keys in some particular setting, I suppose it's not a problem, otherwise I think it could be some sort of overload of that particular style as suggested by logcoyy, I read someone complaining in some forum.
@RonsonDenmark Yes, mate. That should only work in the acmp/chord section. Is that preset style or your own?? Maybe there is too many voices at the same time, including voices which were using in the style.. Tyros has 128 polyphony... Is that happens only with this one style??

If just tested it on my Tyros 4, it works pressing the keys on the chord section in Fingered and AI Fingered mode, I haveing been able to produce it on the full keyboard as shown in your video.
It could depend on the chord fingering mode setting.

Armen den jo simpelthen så dårligt. Har også hørt om flere som har mange problemer med 3eren, ja for den sags skyld også 1eren og 2eren.

It's a standard feature to stop the syle pressing 3 nearby half notes, it's in the manual.
