Why are the season finales to this series always so anticlimatic. Not including the the season finale to the first series since it wasn't in chronological order.

If you look closely at Season one's title opening, you can already see scenes from Disappearance, such as Nagato's hands out to catch the snowflakes and the books falling. Season One just so happened to come around 2006. Disappearance was released FOUR years later. There is the possibility that those scenes were just made and then eventually put into the movie, but one can only wonder. There may be a season 3, since Disappearance made up and then some for Endless Eight. LETS HOPE.

..To be honest I didn't feel like much was done in this season. The endless 8 took up so many episodes that they should have gave us 7 more to replace them. And besides that Kyon and the rest of them only really accomplished three things, right? The first one was (episode 1) helping haruhi when she was younger, then the endless eight, and then the festival...... but thats it. The first season had so much more happening (which is why i fell in love with the anime); hope next season is better.
