My wife and I have seen Aaron 5 times and Staind once. We are planning on seeing him again Feb. 4, 2012 in Biloxi Ms. He is an amazing artist. However I hope that he gets away from that Country Music BullShit (and his buddy Ben on the Steel Guitar) and goes back to playing his original Staind music at his acoustic shows. He can throw in a few cover songs if he wants to but I like his original songs.

This is real. Hands down, Aaron Lewis is the greatest singer of this era, preiod. There is no other singer that can deliver this much emotions while still having the greatest singing voice. Aaron Lewis has a Habit of taking what millions of people are thinking, feeling and trying to convey and placing it on a piece of paper to deliver it as a song.. that tears your heart out and at the same time walks you through a part or parts of your life that you would have a hard time getting through without. I've followed this Band since their Album Torment.. and they have evolved and remained my favorite band since I first heard them. Aaron is one of a kind. Period.

Aaron could sing the alphabet and it would be awesome. He's a great artist with an unbelievable gift and there aren't nearly enough "true" artists left in the music industry today. I agree, the mood that is set with the acoustic is able to show off Aaron Lewis' vocals more and it makes the song more powerful and melodic.

I love this version much more than the original, I don't even like to recognize the that version 'cause the melody and riff from the original comes off too much like an old Irish jig.

Imo, these lyrics do not fit with the original, the lyrics of this song come off much stronger when it's just him and his acoustic.
