  • Jane's Addiction without Eric Avery is like a Rolls Royce with a door that's the wrong colour.

  • Eric Avery isn't even in this clip! It should be called Two Douchebags Discuss Eric Avery.

  • Eric is SO fucking important to JA its not funny.

  • i was at the nin/ja show and they are both my favorite band of all time and janes was simply amazing. ill never forget perry humping the speeker on the front of the stage, lols

  • Eric has a wonderful approach to dealing with the egos... i mean i sure as hell could not deal with perry and david- too much power in one band will never be underestimated`

  • Going to the Sasquatch Festival on Sunday 5-25 at The Gorge in George, WA.

Janes, NIN, Mike Watt, TV on the Radio, of montreal, Murder City Devils. Its gonna be a BLAST!!!!

  • I know ive heard the name Mike Watt somewhere who is he again?

  • Mike Watt played bass in the seminal punk bands Minutemen and FIREhose in the 1970's. In 1995 he recorded what was probably the most unique record of the 90's called Ball-Hog or Tug-boat. Featuring a veritable who's who of modern alt rock. Everyone from Henry Rollins, Eddie Vedder, David Grohl, Mike D, Frank Black, to Evan Dando, Mark Lanegan, Stephen Perkins, Flea and Thurston Moore played on it.

  • I saw Watt play base with Porno's for Pyro's as a hooded monk.

  • Didn't he (or doesn't he) also play with Iggy Pop...??

  • @DanCfan01 it wasnt the 70s it was the 80s. minutemen until 85 and firehose til 93 but still good to see people recognizing mike watt. i love that album as well
