Hey, I like Warren for other bands but he SUCKS with the Dead. He sounds nothing like Jerry and has sung songs w/ the Dead like One by U2 and Nothing Else Matters by Metallica. That's a crime in my book for the Dead! Sorry to be negative but this guy would sound better & I know b/c I'm a musician as well.

That must be the closest feeling to actually playing with the dead. Your licks are bang on man. Thanks for the tips and your vast knowledge of the dead. I would love you to break down fire on the mountain. I know an easy song to play. But to play it well, with the so many levels/layers that the dead do is certainly not so easy. man, i love what you do. anybody can copy someone or go so far as one guy that posted a video of how to play note for note one of jerrys solo on some song. but to play something jerry would play really takes you a step ahead. its hard to train yourself to not just play exactly what they play too. im a bass player and i wanna learn to play like phil lesh. still werkin on it tho. keep it up!
