First , they'll show massive Tax money spendings on the Nuclear Setups.

Then, years later, they'll use the devastations to wage wars and calim the proceeding economic downturn to be caused by Terrorists.

Which would avert public attention from many more agendas while sanctioning new ulterior bills.
