I'm going to admit this I didn't know them before Sex On Fire or Use Somebody, (yes it's use somebody not need somebody) but I'm glad that those songs made it to the radio cuz if they hadn't I would've never found out about them. Their other songs are awesome too. I love On Call and Manhattan.

its mostly the agents and producers and stuff like that. they push what they want to push. a lot of the time artists dont even get to sing the kind of music they like. and even more often the producers make them change a lot of things up and they sell their version of the song. my aunt is in the business and we talk about it a lot...

i kind of agree with you. this song isn't great, but there ARE some great songs on this album. i do wish they would go back a bit to there old ways to make songs like California Waiting, Soft, and Charmer. this style is trying to reach more fans, but i hope they don't stay like this for the rest of their career.
