Haye is perhaps a better knock out artist because he hits hard for his size and is very fast being a bit of small. He should be cautious of Barrett because he might not be a big puncher but he's got the power to ktfo Haye.. Barrett has technique and fast hands.. It won't be easy.. I consider him tough because he had multiple titlefights. He's not small at 6'3 and what he lacks at power he makes up for with technique. Haye could've gone with a big lumbering heavyweight but instead chose a fighter who definitely has power to knock Haye out but also has speed and technique. I give Monte Barrett respect, he's not the best but he's a nice name to have on your record. He's proven to be washed up now but he had a decent run at HW

Clearly you have high standards for fighters. I think Chris Byrd was an excellent boxer at HW, he is one of the best technicians the HW's have seen. His reflexes were one of the best also, he just lacked power and size. He had a better run at HW a man his size/weight could ever achieve with his style of boxing. Chris Byrd used his talents 200% and overachieved. He's a 2-time HW champ and has beaten the likes of Tua, Holyfield and Vitali. The record speaks for itself.

Byrd was top drawer, both in and out of the ring. Unfortunately, his style was a bit sucky and he got more and more sucky towards the end, as he eked out wins and draws. Its just as well that Wlad ended the reign of Chris Byrd when he did. Chris best performances were vs Tua, Holy, Vitaly.
