How to prepare iguana for cooking

1.knock out the iguana

2.Gather some dry coconut branches an light it

3.Put the knocked out iguana in the fire

4.The fire will loosing up the iguana skin use a knife an scrape off the skin gentle

5.when the skin is properly taken off cut it open ant take out its stomach contents wash out the iguana then its ready for cooking

Im sad to say though that I live in south Florida and Iguana are killing our native wildlife. There here because of Irresponsible pet owners releasing there Iguanas .You can read more about it in the book . Iguana Cookbook, save Florida eat an Iguana. PS: : Captive Adult male Iguana are known for being aggressive during breading season. So beware!!!

I'll have to look into that...his sacs...This was filmed in January and his metabolism and eating slows down quite a bit in winter. He usually eats about 4 different types of vegetables and fruit per day, with dark,leafy greens as a base. Spike says he will hit the gym and work on his diet.  -Max
