LOL - as I was watching this, just now, my husband's cardiologist's secretary calls wanting another appt. (for which we pay 25% copays) so the cardiologist can look at his numbers, warn him about open heart surgery, never telling him about veganism, never mentioning that he has complete control over this aspect of his health - all so my husband can get 2 more yrs of atenolol. ! HORSESHIT! 'Health' care my ass!
These are the people who will survive pole shifts and cataclysms. Monkeys are still swinging from tree limbs for a reason. Humans however, can subsist in the harshest climates on the planet. Vegans and fruitarians will have a near impossible time surviving global cataclysmic events.

"And although the diet is a challenge, even for this omnivore, it is exceedingly clear that the Laptanders don't eat only the reindeer's meat; they eat just about every part of the animal. To see an 8-year-old child reach for another piece of raw liver, then a helping of raw, frozen meat ... brings warmth and envy to any parent with a picky offspring. But it also tells a lot about the secret of the Nenet diet."
"Another hour or so away by reindeer sled, the connection between the land, the people and the diet is even more evident than in Schuch'ye. As the guest of Nicolai Laptander and his wife, Ustinia, I spend the night in a chum, a traditional tent made from reindeer skins not unlike a Native American tepee, where they live with their seven children. The children look extraordinarily healthy."

Only when heated. Saturated fats maintain viability, retaining the ability to exchange molecular & ionic impulses across the cellular membrane when eaten raw.
"Plaque promoting cholesterol:"
Only when heated. Cholesterol oxidizes. It loses fluidity and hardens/crystallizes, clumping in the circulatory pathways.
"Tumor/cancer promoting animal protein:"
Only when heated. Cells are destroyed rendering enzymes useless. Protein coagulates etc.
@Authentricity OH GREAT, another raw foodist.... So I guess raw meat is the healthiest way to go, you know, because of the enzymes. You hear that everybody, saturated fat, animal protein, and cholesterol are really good for you, just it eat raw, and you'll be fine!!!
@CINEMALOVER110 Marrying sarcasm and criticism doesn't equate to very much.
Early university research and experiments conducted in the latter half of the last century support that flesh of healthy animals (particularly organs & glands) maintained unique capacities for regeneration of similar organs & glands in human organisms. These were obviously consumed in their raw state. Heated flesh did not achieve the same results. Appropriate anthropological research reflects the same conclusions.
it's interesting science except I for one am not attracted to raw dead flesh. If I was hungry in the wilderness and had a choice between killing a chicken and eating it raw or some ripe oranges, I would choose the oranges. To me this is natural instinct.
@angelbe88 Hello. You are not speaking from experience. You are speaking from conditioning. Please Google: "results of the self-selection of diets by young children"
Do you really think a child would choose a raw piece of flesh over a colorful piece of fruit? I'm not speaking from conditioning as our society is conditioned to eat meat. My father was a hunter and we used to eat meat every night for dinner as well as lunch most of the time. I was put on metamucil when I was 12 years old. I also had chronic low back pain in my 20's that didn't disappear until I eliminated meat. It was gone within a week.
@angelbe88 Why respond w/ such a question? Did you review the study? Why would I need to "think" or "believe" that a child would choose fruit over meat when I have literal evidence proving otherwise? What experience do you have outside of opinion? Your anecdotal evidence of your father is irrelevant. Did he cook his meat? Did he eat bread? Cooked carbohydrates? What about you. Did you ingest meat alone? Was it cooked? What other foods did you eat. Your reasoning methods are disjointed, at best.
"During convalescence unusually large amounts of raw beef, carrots and beets were eaten. The demand for increased amounts of raw beef and carrots can be easily accounted for but we are still curious about that for beets, and inclined to wonder whether they may furnish an anti-anaemic substance"
Nobody forced these children to consume such foods. They simply acted of their own volition, when given a wide range of varied foodstuffs. Raw beef was a staple food preferred by infants in all cases.
@angelbe88 From the Washington Post: "Nenets, indigenous reindeer-herding people of this part of Siberia, have a menu that sounds like just the opposite of what the doctor ordered: They eat reindeer meat, most of it raw & frozen. From September to May they eat very little else, apart from the odd piece of raw, preferably frozen, fish. One would think that this extreme protein/fat-driven diet would lead to a lot of health problems -- obesity, cardiovascular diseases -- but the opposite is true."
@angelbe88 My apologies for the former comment about surviving pole shifts and cataclysms. I acknowledge that there is far more going on spiritually then meets the eye. Where you are is completely perfect for you. I was simply offering an alternative view on human nutrition. Highest Regards~
I don't recall you saying anything about pole shifts or rather earth's magnetic field being vulnerable. I have thought of these things. The best I can do is plant as many fruit trees as possible and a garden. I live in an area where there are many already. My own little paradise. This is what happens when you eat fruit . You should try it for 2 weeks and see what all the fuss is about. : ) Then add some greens. Let me know how it goes.
