its curious: that monster only appears there if you go through the door frame, if you dont enter and stay out of the it, you hear the growl but he doesn´t appear. thats what happened to me when i was playing

@andreyfey Actually, that's a very specific trigger in that part of the game. After watching tons of different videos and seeing the same thing happen, it looks like if you're running into that room, you'll get stuck and see it coming for you. If you hear the roar, hide for a moment, then cautiously walk in, it won't show up. There are a number of triggers like this in the game to mix it up a bit for different players.
