  • @yobrady1 Well there are three main cases. Do you know which one you're having trouble with?

  • I'm confused on getting the colored cubes side by side so when i place it in it solves the second layer too.

  • Great tutorial. Keep up the great work. You gained a subscriber for life. I finally learned f2l.

  • @nuclearbigdaddy Thank you so much!

  • The worst teacher ever.

  • @iMilkyyy I'm sorry, you think that. Maybe check out the fifty other videos on here?

  • @cyoubx Sorry I sounded so rude when I commented, would really like learn this method but every video people upload are so confusing!

  • @iMilkyyy What do you average with beginner's right now?

  • Yuo da sexy

  • sorry dude but its too hard to understand... can u make one, with the algorithms please?

  • @blytzace Haha, the whole point of the video is that it's supposed to be intuitive. It isn't something that is meant to be learned in 10 minutes. You have to practice it. It can take weeks until you see improvement.

  • @cyoubx yeah true, but every situation u had, mine where all flipped like in the first case its really confusing, would take a while to even understand what u mean? :S

  • @blytzace If rewatching the segment doesn't help, feel free to watch another tutorial. After all, I learned it somewhere else before making the video myself!

  • ok so i got the f2l whatever its called, but im making everything apply into only the first case, is that ok??

  • @blytzace Yes! Absolutely. That's rather lucky, and serious cubers would love for things like that to happen.

  • @cyoubx ohh ook great!, im starting to get the hang of it :D thanks! oh and as i get better and better it becomes speed solving yeah??

  • @blytzace Speedsolving is just solving against the clock. You can already speedsolve. But yes, once you get better at this, you'll be much faster :)

  • @cyoubx alright sweet, umm ive got an issue with case 3, does it only work when there is atleast one other empty slot?? coz when i do it it screws up, and sometimes doesnt line up

  • @blytzace Well, the short answer is yes. However, this shouldn't be a problem. The edge piece should be aligned with it's corresponding center and on the top layer. So the empty slot you need to use is the one that it will eventually go in.

  • @cyoubx ahh ook and is it the same as case 2? do i need another empty slot?

  • @blytzace It's a different case, but it's the same idea.

  • @cyoubx ohh alright i get it now :) thanks man! is there another part to this method?? to solve the third layer

  • @blytzace Yes. There are many ways to solve the last layer. Most people would suggest you learn 2 look oll and 2 look pll (alternatively known as 4LLL).

You can try following my Sune OLL tutorial, though if you want. IMO, it's easier and about the same speed.

  • @cyoubx ohh alright cool, most people at my school use pll is that difficult?

  • @blytzace Nope, not at all! I would start by learning 2 look PLL. Once you get comfortable with that, you can move onto full PLL.

  • @cyoubx alright thanks man! i really appreciate ur help! :D ill stay working on this part for a bit before going to 2 look PLL thanks again! :D

  • @blytzace Yeah, no problem! If you need any more help, feel free to ask. That's what I'm here for!

  • @cyoubx I really don't know what setup you're going for... But it took me 20 minutes to figure out the types of algorithms you were using to line up the first side and I realized that I do those naturally and now I'm just confused. Is this just supposed to get you a faster method for the first side?...

  • @helapinoy F2L = First two layers. It gets you BOTH the first face and the middle layer in one go. Solving just the first face would use less moves, but solving both at the same time saves the moves you would make if you did the second layer separately.

  • "So now i am going to talk about some insertion methods" since when was this a sex ed class?

  • MY CUBE FREAKIN POPS ALLL THE TIME

  • WAIT WTF SOME OF MY CASES ARNT WHAT U SHOWD

  • @GeeSammyMe Example? They should all be variations of the three cases. They're just positioned differently, but those are the three basic cases. If you see something that's not in the video, try manipulating the corner piece so that the orientation is correct.

  • YES algoritmes ARE necessary

  • @cyoubx can you do an advanced f2l tutorial and teach look ahead?

  • cyoubx, in case 1 you dont have to match up that up and insert it .all you do is insert thr corner as you normally do,and that slot is solved.

  • @ksubaharan I agree. The reason I said it that way is because I like to think of F2L as having 4 steps.

    1. Find pieces.

    2. Take the pieces out of the slot and break them apart.

    3. Pair the pieces.

    4. Insert the pair (so 3 and 4 are different steps).

For the first case, you're basically inserting the corner, but that's only if it's set-up correctly. You still have to make sure the corner is pairing up with the correct edge.

  • nice vid bro. Thank you.

  • great but many times the 1x1x2 block is flipped so it wont go in the right way. what should i do???

  • @sa11297 Try splitting up the pair, then repairing. To separate the two pieces, hide the corner in the lower layer and move the top layer (aka the edge piece) then bring the corner back up. Finish off with whatever case you get.

  • can you make a video of how to get a 1x1x2 part?

  • how do you make the 1x1x2 block without messing up the cross?

  • @youandwhosearmy1 It really depends on the case. But basically, you hide the corner, set up the edge, then join the corner again. Then you insert the pair into its slot. Sorry that answer was so lame, but that's really all the advice I can give you in text :/

  • intermediate pls?

  • @Hammie4Life What do you mean?

  • @cyoubx err i mean the intermidiate tip FOR F2L.. sry

  • @Hammie4Life Would you like a video for advanced F2L tricks and tips?

  • @cyoubx YES.. yes indeeed, would be greatly appreciated, cause i only know the basic F2L tricks but i still find i can do the beginner method of solving the cube faster than using F2L. soo yea, really need more tips

  • @Hammie4Life Okay, so I thought about this idea for awhile, and here's my plan - I'm going to make a video of walkthrough cross + F2L examples instead of listing tips. The reason is that a lot of it is pure recognition of cases and not really more advanced tricks. The video will be uploaded soon and it should help you dramatically.

  • @cyoubx SWEEEEET, thanks maan :D

  • @ cyoubx Hey i can only solve 1 layer and i learn notation also but i didn't get it up to now if you could help me plzz

  • @08Reshad This video is mainly for people who already know how to solve a rubik's cube. What I do is solve the first two layers at the same time. I would search "badmephisto" and follow his tutorial for how to solve a rubik's cube. Otherwise, if you want, I can also make a walkthrough video showing my solves, step by step.

  • @cyoubx thanks for Reply and yeah i would be glad if you make a video for those peoples that Haven't solved a Rubik's cube before thanks again

  • @08Reshad No problem. It might take a while simply because of school and other things going on. You should probably subscribe to get notified of when it's uploaded.

  • @cyoubx thanks but i learned to solve the 2nd layer from the one you told me by the name of "badmephisto" he was great thanks alooooot

i am only left with one layer and i will learn that too INSHA ALLAH

  • Hey everyone, thank you for the support. Make sure you check out my new blog! Link in the description bar!

  • this is so hard...

    I can't learn that...

  • how do u jd;liajds;kjfa;dsjnf

  • Okay so... I got down the cross part, thanks for that. It actually does take away some time from the beginner way. Are there more than just 3 cases for solving the corners and middle layer though? I'm not really getting some of these that you have. Also in the first tutorial, the description said there was going to be four parts. Are you still working on those?

  • @dysFUNctional93 First of all, thanks for the comment! The three cases are it. You may get some variations, but the steps are the same (it might just start out in different relative positions). As for the four part tutorial, they should be out shortly (school takes up too much time :/) Thanks again!

  • @cyoubx Thanks. I've actually worked on it for a couple of hours today, and kind of got it down. I think it was just the mirror cases, and like you said the different variations. They had me pretty confused.

  • are you know,i am indonesian!!!!

BTW ,Cara bermain.the meaning of cara bermain is "how to play"

  • @juned35 OH!! Thank you for telling me!

  • actually DW xD thx man ur da best

  • how do u actually pair up the pieces?

  • thanks for the tutorial, i'm done with this step now, been practicing for 4 days, so I know it pretty well now =) can't do it that fast tho

  • I'm glad I helped! Make sure to post a video response of you solving it :)

  • OHHH i got it lol its like mixing the 2nd and 3rd step of the beginers method kinda lol

  • ya watch my videos

  • this is so fucking retarded i cant do it

  • haha, it's ok. Do you know the beginners method yet?

  • Yay! 1500 views. Thank you for your support!

  • Uhh, I kinda got this. I was able to get the 2x2x1's in without using algorithms. But I felt like i was just clumsily using the algorithms without knowing it. It definitely wasn't faster...

  • Hmmmm. For me, this was much much faster!

  • I've gotten better at it. Still probably a bit slower, but I can se how it would be faster.

  • Yeah, at first, it slowed me waaay down.

  • Hey guys! Thanks for all the support! Please don't forget to comment on any ideas for my next video! Thanks again!

  • can u make a slow motion xD

i think it wil help allot more :S

    but still nice =D

  • Ok. This was an older video I did (before 11/1/2009). Sure, I'll redo it in the future. Thanks for the input!

  • i don't get it at all!

  • Sorry about that. What method do you currently use?

  • i kind of made up my own/beginners method

  • Oh, ok. I did too, I must post that up, only two algorithms used!

But anyway, um, see if you can learn pogobat's method.

  • sweet, now I have a better idea how to do these quicker thanks a lot 5/5

  • tnx dude,,hope il gonna watch it soon,,i have a lot of things confusing bwt dat moves,,,cos sometime ders nothing on the top,,and also,,the one dat im supposed to getting is in the first layer,,it makes me moves a lot,,,so plz if u do a new video plz start with getting the cros first coz sometimes the others are in the first layer stil

  • awesome dude, dats wat im praktising solving the 1st layer and the 2nd layer at the same time,,,,but its toooooooooo fast,,,i cant get it,,pls make a new video of it,,and make it slow how to solved it,,tnx,,,

  • awesome dude thnx! but its too fast lol

  • Oh. Sorry. It's the first tutorial I've ever made. Thanks for the comment though. It means a lot. Say, could you post some ideas for videos? Thanks again.

  • awesome dude,,btits too fast,,dats wat im praktising bt i cant,,tnx 4 d video u upload it,,its so great,,but its really really fast,,plz make it in a slow version,,tnx

  • amazing,,,,,tnx,,bt plz make a new video of it and make it more slower ,,,tnx,,

  • Ok, I will when I have time. Thanks for the comments.

  • tnx dude,,anoder favor plz,,,can u start with getting the cros??tnx,,,when im using ur moves,,the f2l it takes me 1.20 secs,,,,bt when im using my moves the step by step it takes me 39 to 45secs,,,pls,,,answer my comments,,,coz ders a lot of cases dat i ant figure out,,and takes me a lot of step in making it,,,tnnx dude hope 2 watch it soon,,morepower
