it would be difficult because then you would have 6 strings, which is how many a real guitar has (or for the Dragforce edition, 7), and easy would have 4 buttons, med 5, hard 6, expert you would need to accualy use bottons they would make frets for, or they would make censors in a line for each string and if you tap the censsor it would count as a note, then the buttons on screen would be Music Notes, and you would have to strum with a special pick... it would not be fun.
