Isn't this aria for a female soprano? Both Piau and Dessay have recorded it. On the other hand, this is an exquisite rendition by the ever wonderful Jaroussky.

This is a work of such beauty the I agree with Artis, it should have been included in Carestini.But maybe in the hommage to castrats on June 10th in Angers SOME PEOPLE (meaning whoever can) record and post more
