Skin ID is HORRIBLE. My face is swollen and red in some parts, Proactiv never did this! ACTUALLY, my skin was better when I used nothing on my face at all!! I am so switching back and canceling Skin ID. I don't wanna recommend Skin ID to anyone because this ^, might happen to them. Never, am I ever gonna buy another Neutrogena product, you have NO IDEA how pissed I am. I guess it was too good to be true -.-" [Oh, the commercials, not true, just a bunch of fake people]

make sure to leave this cleanser on your face for at least 2 minutes so the salicylic acid can absorb into your skin. (my dermatologist told me this) she said that many people was it off immediately after putting the cleanser on their face. that does nothing for your acne then. i mean think about it. it has to be absorbed by your skin to work....

after 2 minutes, rinse off the cleanser with water.
