@squeeky95 A lot of them don't eat properly so although they are all muscle, they have very little body fat and believe it or not a human is supposed to have about 15% to 20% body fat.

They have VERY strict diets and if you really look at it, it's just as much an obsession as anorexics have over their food and weight.
