  • LOVE KURT...♥♥

  • actually it was a live concert filmed in seattle in dec of 93.......

  • To think that Dave Grohl appeared to be also a good vocalist in latter days with his own Foo Fighters.

  • Ultimate bridge for people that used to love death metal, grind core etc..and was sick of it and wanting something different, something with melody as well as punch.

For peoplelike me Nirvana was born. Thanks.

Death to Hole and that fucking Courtney Cunt.

  • @seboxman i dont understand the hate for the great band hole

  • Whatever you call music now it was considered as garbage then.

    And I agree

  • what's the name of the 1st sont

Kurt wants to make this song like

smells like teen spirit but he cant

    always a good song

  • good music

  • what was it like for the audience ???

  • Probably an epic experience.

  • i think year 2000 did something to all our music .. 80,90's music was fucking awesome . Nowadays we're dealing with the crappiest types of music ever. If mtv was full of 90s songs i would have watched and listened to them all day. Now when i go over Mtv and see all kinds of shit besides shitty music i just can't hurry up enough to change the channel because i hate it.

  • you are just getting older, man

  • dont say that man!!! you maken me realise... aaaaaaaargggggggghhhhhhhh

  • I agrre with you....the fact is that, like Kurt Cobain used to say, Mtv has always been a "wh°re", that means that Mtv just follows the success....if Tokio Hotel are famous, they broadcast them..Mtv hasn't an ideal of what music is,it just broadcats what is in in this moment....

  • Remember this, I was 22 back then and couldn't get tickets to save my life.

I figured I would just get tickets when he came back to the tri-state area................unfortunately.........that never happened.

Great vid, thank you for uploading.

  • the energy...!!

  • o i love this so mutch!!!Kurt Cobains voice is so awesome!!! love it!!!

  • kurt's voice is totally AWESOMEE!

  • rock music in the 90's was awesome...like nirvana and the whole scene...now music sucks with all these stupid rap music and metal...eww!!...mtv sucks now with all these stupid reality dating shows!!!

  • theres good music out there.. youve just gotta find it...

  • Could'nt agree with you more.

  • @melgoofo We had a ton of fun back then. As a person who grew up as a child in the 1980s and had to put up with what I felt was a-lot of shit fucking music like pop rock and hair glam bands(CC Deville from poison comes to mind, I hated that retard) when Nirvana came along it was like my ears were being reborn.

It was like electricity going through your body being at a Nirvana concert, I seriously never wanted to go home.

  • it was kurts voice that was so great

  • @flipsideStreet it was kurt that was so great

  • @flipsideStreet it was the bands voice that was so great

  • look at him play that guitar left-handed: Beautiful

  • 0:38

    cool gig!

  • hahahaha

    This concert was in 1993!!

    And it was in Seattle!!!!!

  • You're right. I saw this back on New Years in 1993 on MTV. You know, back when MTV was cool and actually played videos and show like this and 120 Minutes. Before American culture sold out to celebrity worship.

  • Wish i could of been there

  • I have this concert:)

  • inmejorable e irrepetible

  • 6:53 epic yell

  • 3:45 Fucking great

  • His smile at 4:16 killed me

  • hehe wow I seen. Man so cute!

  • He didn't smile you idiot!!! He pushed his hair back!!!

  • ...Are you stupid?

[This question is also for those dumbasses who say courtney killed kurt. Kurt hated that kind of shit and i dont blame him. Rumors suck.]

  • live and loud in new york 1994? ummm no. this is MTV Live and Loud in Seattle in 1993. best concert ever.....

  • what is the name of that first?

  • Radio friendly unit shifter

  • wish i was there

  • hehheehhehe u right!!! =)

  • i love you too babe! kurt cobain will always be with us in our hearts, we love you kurt! RIP Kurt Donald Cobain "67-94"

  • I love you natalee

  • best airing on mtv ever

  • Nirvana FTW.

  • FUKN-A.

  • they only had 7 american shows after this..

  • stalker..

  • That's fuckin' funny LOL!!!

  • for all that don't know, this was recorded 12/13/93 for mtv's live & loud in seattle. (not live & clear, wtf?) first broadcast on mtv 12/31/93.

  • i love this song, one of the best song titles of all time, radio friendly unit shifter, kurt obviously used that name as completely ironic because this song is not radio friendly in the least bit!

  • : D

  • Just a correction... that MTV LOUD AND CLEAR was recorded in Seattle and not NYC.

  • wow, listen 2 my favorite band rock! LOL

  • thats a pretty small concert for nirvana in 1994

  • It's amazing! I never forget Nirvana!

  • amazing concert of nirvana

  • This performance and their unplugged performance go down as the best two live performances that i've ever seen of any band ever. I just wish he was still here cuz even if he was old and fat he would still rock (can't imagine kurt ever getting fat though).

  • im mesmorized

  • This was an MTV special concert. I still have it on VHS. It blows my mind how they were able to capture sucha powerful show like this. If its ever included on a DVD I will definitely get it.

  • This was actually filmed in Seattle's Pier 48 in December 1993

  • i think its the concert from the muddy banks of wiskane

  • Whishkawa*

  • and it was in seattle not new york

  • is this concert on DVD newhere?

  • this isn't 1994. nirvana's MTV live and loud performance is from 12/13/93

  • ty for info.

  • no problem

  • @Ziplock74 and its seattle, not new yoik.

  • Oua!

  • *Radio Friendly unit shifter (In Utero)

    *Drain you (Nevermind)

thats what the songs are called:D

  • whats the name of teh first song?

  • idont know what it is someone tell me

  • wonderful concert, should make it into a dvd.... feck the eejit who stole kurts hair n ashes, i mean well done , youve suceeded in gettin a peice of rock history , but you could have just nicked one of petes needles if you wanted to make a couple of millions ( but obv no one would by them) out of ebay,,, cunt, rot in hell

  • Why did John Browning have to design that damn Remington model 11? I hate assassins messing everything up for everyone else.

  • nice joke

  • im not a grunge fan at all... my music is metal...but this band rock...kurt should let us enjoy his music. why he kills himself??? why ?? why ????

  • r u sure about that .???

  • Oh my god please enough with the conspiracy theories. I sware I can't veiw one Nirvana clip without seeing one of those. stop it

besides, wouldn't Courtney had benifted more from Kurt being alive and Ghostwriting lyrics for her??

  • no actually she wanted a divorce from him anyways, and she wanted his money, plus they think she hired it done and his suicide was changed to undefined and the writing on the bottom of the note wasn't even his hand writing, so don't open your mouth if you don't know what your saying, ok

  • Dickhead, read for a second. I'm not agreeing or Disagreeing with you. I'm just saying that its a conspriacy theory and why are you leaving these comments here in the first place? wouldn't the police do a better job with that information? start a forum or something, start a blog, I just don't want to read that shot from you and the rest of the people who stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

  • by the way they have reopened the case.

  • Good, I'm glad they have. It makes good conversation for people like you when you and your friends meet up in someones basement and talk about cournety killing kurt, and the government being responsible for 9/11 and how we didnt go to the moon. Your not able to just listen to the music and shut the hell up?

  • you suck!

  • Fuck you asshole... Courtney did kill Kurt, The govt was responsible for 9/11! (In one way or another)

We did go to the moon though... No faking that!

  • kurt killed himself, you know nothing, all of the people close to him, bandmembers and everybody else believes that kurt killed himself, they would know better than you, me or any other person who didn't personally know kurt! people just love to come up with ridiculous conspiracy theories, though occassionally they are true of course, because there is conspiracies in the world!

  • I dunno wut happened but you're a little off, kim gordon has said many times that she doesn't think it was suicide. Kim gordon was also very close to courtney love, so take from that what you want.

  • woooooooh holy shit crazy

  • this crowd were lucky bastards. Pearl jam and rage against the machine were the support acts.

  • this group rocked, rocks, and will rock forever!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • its kurts death aniversary today... :( r.i.p my hero.. KURT DONALD COBAIN FEBRUARY 20, 1967- April 5, 1994

  • omg :-( i cant belive he died

  • He committed suicide with a shot gun shell in the head. And left a death note. ;-;

  • yeah ino. i love this band i waz just saying like he died 2 soon

  • I have to disagree.

I don't think Kurt Cobain would be as huge fifteen years later if he were still alive.

Dying a young rock star was what "made" Kurt Cobain.

  • huh

  • This is great. i think nirvana is one of the best bands to be seen in concert. Thanks for postin it.

  • welcome

  • they sound just like the acutally recordings sound in concert

  • Thats because they never used modern recording equipment because they wanted real sound. They are the most authentic band ever, along with most Grunge bands.

  • this is classic

  • gosh they still sound on my local radio 3-7 time s a day RIP kurt great band nirvana come 2 el salvador people we have great surf all dam year

  • Can you count Pat as a real member of nirvana...or just an help out??

  • its dec. `93 yo

  • Hey, can I use your concert videos for my presentation. You'll probably get some more views!

  • no prob.

i'm not about the view count)

  • some one shoulda told dave that just because the drum sticks are made outa wood doesnt mean he has to try to break them lol j/k these guys are legends RIP Kurt

  • *Radio Friendly unit shifter (In Utero)

    *Drain you (Nevermind)
