I get the feeling a few clips were selected for Hell 3 because they were sucky; they kind of rounded the whole thing out to a nice hour that's entertaining but has the occasional bout of dumb humor so it doesn't take itself too seriously. For example, the chobits clip easily beats some old guy getting his face shoved into a tray of poo to the theme of Howdy Doody.
