  • EVEN BODYBUILDING MAGAZINES CONFIRM SOY DANGERS IS A HOAX!

MUSCULAR DEVELOPMENT: "SOY PROTEIN HAS NO EFFECT ON TESTOSTERONE LEVELS"

"The meta-analysis examined 47 research reports on 51 groups. The analysis concluded neither Soy protein itself nor Soy supplements exerted any alterations on testosterone in males, in any test method. Soy did Not exert any estrogen like effects in men, nor lower testosterone levels"

    LEARN IT!: musculardevelopment (dot) com/index.php?option=com_content&id=1623

  • @phenocyte324 Let me get this straight. You are relying on bodybuilding magazines as purveyors of truth?

  • SCROGY burped: "Let me get this straight. You are relying on bodybuilding? magazines as purveyors of truth?"=NO. Since you dont read, we already posted OVER 15 different scientific studies from across the world including the NIH, which is the US National Institute of Health, American Institute for Cancer Research AICR, and independent Scientific organizations. Even posted the links for ANYONE to "SEE IT YOURSELF!" including the American Journal of CLINICAL NUTRITION. You used scammers.

  • Let's get this straight: YOU got duped by the Soy Estrogen Myth that has been found false and YOU relied on a man who fled the country out of the United States to South America to escape prosecution. YOU relied on a known Anti-American front group (The WAPF) Sally Fallon Morell, Kaayla T Daniel, that work for the lobbyist industry,1 of whose WAPF members, Mercola, has been cited by US FEDERAL AUTHORITIES for health fraud and false medical claims that could hurt American citizens lives.

  • @phenocyte324 And how convenient that the studies in question do not show who funded them. 1000 to 1 it (funding) was from the Soy industry.

  • @phenocyte324 Wow. Do you work for the Soy industry? The way you capitalize like that it's as if you're trying to yell in type.

  • @SCROGY burped up: "Do you work for the soy industry?"=NO. Do you work for the grassfed or BEEF industry which is linked to butt-cancer? The product cheered by an Anti-American extremist front-group, The WAPF, whose member was caught by U.S. Authorities for spreading false claims that could endanger human lives? Because You peddled it on youtube. Or do you work for this quack doc who accused Americans of inventing & infecting people with AIDS, cheered big Tobacco & children to smoke?

  • @phenocyte324 Where did he say these things? That children should smoke?

  • @SCROGY snipped: "The way you capitalize like that it's as if you're trying to yell in type."-Oh, you mean like how You capitalized your own Name? So its caps in literally *every* post you make? - Ours are NEWS article stories. It's called a Headline. And caps are required to for those who don't learn science & facts very well & instead get duped & believe cockamamie stories like US created Aids & the debunked Soy Myth from a 'doc' who says Cigarettes are great for your child. Thats you.

  • @phenocyte324 Logical fallacy. My name is not a post. I am not discussing my name with anyone. Could you really be that dense?

  • @phenocyte324 Or you who posts research from a dot gov site that supports supposed health benefits of a government subsidized product. And what is a subsidy? Money given to people (by the government) to produce a product no one wants. The Soy industry is so powerful in the US that they effectively ran the coconut oil industry out of the country.

  • @phenocyte324 And I don't give two shits if your studies are news stories. If I can't find out who funded the research it is worthless. We live in an age when medical research is being retracted daily. (I'll send you proof if you want). Research is being paid for and funded by big business to show exactly what they want it to show. Unless your research provides proof of who funded it it means shit to a tree. LOL gov site posting research on a gov subsidized food. Well, I'm convinced.

  • Fantastic! However, don't try and convince people not to eat soy as the world is over populated! Let those who believe there is no estrogen - effect consume it all! Their numbers will drop soon enough!

  • @ckjonsson - Steak has ESTROGEN. Meat is implanted with the actual real feminine Estrogen. Plants cannot contain female estrogen--soy is a PLANT. Not an animal. It cannot physically contain any actual estrogen whatsoever. What CAN contain estrogen, is meat, steak, and beef. Grassfed beef is also now confirmed Estrogenic. Organic meat is also confirmed estrogenic. All Meat protein when cooked produces substances called heterocyclic amines which cause butt-cancer & feminize men.

  • @phenocyte324 Meat is implanted with estrogen? How is it implanted? Please post the evidence that grass fed beef and organic meat is estrogenic. And plants contain PHYTO estrogens. FACT. Phyto estrogens are believed to be used as a plants natural defense to control over populations of herbivores by stunting male fertility and masculinity. Funny how the ethnic groups that eats the most Soy has the smallest average male height with the smallest male organs.

  • @phenocyte324 h t t p : // envirocancer dot cornell dot edu/factsheet/diet/fs1 dot phyto dot cfm

There you go. Cornell University. Go argue with them.

  • @phenocyte324 Processed meats also contain Sodium Nitrite. A chemical used in boiler water treatment to keep the pipes from corroding (look it up). Bogus studies that claim meat causes cancer intentionally include processed meats that contain these chemicals (Which are WHMIS controlled and known to be toxic/cancer causing, again look it up) to skew the results. I defy you to show me one single study that proves strict PALEO eaters suffer lower longevity rates than vegans or vegetarians.

  • @phenocyte324 Red meat also contains Alpha Lipoic Acid which is an anti oxidant that is both fat and water soluble (Vit C and E are only one or the other not both). It has been called a super anti oxidant because of this. It also contains CoQ10. Another antioxidant (destroyed by overcooking which is why meat should be eaten blood rare) Unbeknownst to the masses, red meat is a high source of antioxidants.

  • PROOF!: REVIEW OF OVER 15 STUDIES SHOW NO EFFECT OF SOY ON MEN'S TESTOSTERONE

Despite rumours often spread on the internet, "A Medical review has found No evidence of an estrogen-like effect. The authors criticized the false reports for their methodology. One of them had only 12 subjects in it. In another the researchers forgot to include a control. In one the entire result was due to just 1 subject."

    LOOK!: foodnavigator (dot) com/Science-Nutrition/Review-finds-no-effect-of-soy-on-testosterone

  • SOY DOES NOT FEMINIZE MEN - IT WAS AN INTERNET HOAX:

STUDY: "Soybean isoflavone exposure does not have feminizing effects on men" -National Institute of Health

"Neither isoflavone supplements nor isoflavone-rich soy affect total or free testosterone levels. Clinical evidence also indicates..NO effect on sperm. There is essentially No evidence from over 9 identified clinical studies that soy affects any estrogen levels in men."-NIH.

SEE IT YOURSELF!: ncbi.nlm.nih (dot) gov/pubmed/20378106

  • @phenocyte324 Funny how Soy is in almost EVERY processed food. Why the hell is there Soya oil in my sunflower seeds? What. The. Hell?!? Explain that. What possible explanation could there be for that? Why is there Soya oil in canned fish? When you learn how and why the Soy industry came into power you see why they have all this "research" supporting them (which they funded) and why they have gotten their claws into literally every type of processed food on earth.

  • EXAMPLES OF FALSE HOAX INFO SPREAD BY "DR DOUGLASS":

    1. William Campbell Douglass of the WAPF claims Tobacco & Cigarettes are GOOD for you & Dont cause cancer

    2. "Dr William Campbell Douglass" is against all forms of exercise, but his EWOT.

    3. Dr. Douglass wrote the toxic pesticide DDT is "SAFE" for your child to eat

    4. This "Soy Danger scam" was revealed a hoax and he & WAPF are here spreading it.

    5. He suggests you inject intravenous Hydrogen Peroxide into your child with a hypodermic needle.

  • ATTENTION ALL VIEWERS: The information in this video is false. THE SOY ESTROGEN MYTH IS A HOAX.

The individual "Dr William Campbell Douglass II, MD" is a known "nutritional scammer". The 'soy scare' myth has been found medically false. William Campbell Douglass was found linked to an Anti-American front-group called the "WAPF". This organization spreads false nutritional info in order to hurt Americans and their children. And hurting people of all countries as well. He has now fled to Panama.

  • Dairy accounts for 60-80% of estrogens consumed in Americans' diet. So, I don't why this idiot is rambling about soy being bad. Hormones are found meat, eggs, dairy, etc. But dairy contains considerable amounts of female sex hormones. Cow milk, cheese, and other dairy play major roles in hormone-dependent cancers. Those include cancers of the testes, prostate, and breast.

The link between cancer and dietary hormones - estrogen in particular - has been a source of great concern among scientists

  • @gongoozler18 top comment

  • If anything is of major concern, it is cow milk. It has considerably high # of estrogens, which are 100,000x potent than estrogen-like compounds. Only if you eat an excess-and I mean a lot- of nonfermented soy juice/milk will there be probably some hormonal effect. But, studies have shown that if it does happen, it is only minor. They have no effect on sperm concentration, erections, etc. Soy juice used after a fermentation process, lowers the high phytoestrogens content found in the legume.

  • There are animal hormones in soy? It's a legume from plant! Plants make animal hormones? Wow, the ignorance. Phytoestrogens are naturally-occurring substances made by the soy plants. Phytoestrogens, found in virtually all plants, are pigments that give plants their amazing array of colors. Most research studies in the health sciences have focused on the beneficial properties of flavonoids, and these naturally-occurring phytonutrients have repeatedly been shown to be highly health-supportive.

  • @gongoozler18 Let's see the studies you have on Soy. I would like to investigate them. Because every study I have read on Soy says it is bad for humans. Not only that but the way the Soy industry came into prominence in the U.S is on the same level as the way Aspartame was approved. Big money was involved and some very shady dealings. I'd like to see peer reviewed INDEPENDANT research on Soy if you have any.

  • @SCROGY I don't think soysucks. com, mercola. com, westonaprice. org or some random blog that you read are peer-reviewed independant research. You obviously don't seem to know whgat exactly accounts for peer-review research if you're saying that every "study" I have read on Soy says it is bad for humans. Nothing you've read in probably any peer-reviewed medical journal database.

Clinical studies show no effects of soy protein or isoflavones on reproductive hormones in men: results from meta

  • @gongoozler18 Why did you assume that I have reads anything on Soy on those sites?

  • @gongoozler18 Thanks, I am going to investigate these studies. I have read many studies that people have claimed prove something or suggest something and when you actually look at the study they say NOTHING of the sort. People in this day and age love to copypasta yet they have never actually looked at the info they are referring to. One breast cancer study dealing with fat intake was claimed to prove fat intake increases cancer risk yet it actually said NOTHING of the sort in its conclusion.

  • @SCROGY There is no "soy conspiracy" here. There is no link that the rise in soy consumption in the West could be a cause of rising thyroid cancer rates. According to Britanna, more than 98%, yes, of soy produced is used in livestock feed, not people! In the early 1990s, less than 7% U.S, soy was genetically modified. Now, More than 90 percent of soy and field corn in the U.S. Is genetically modified. Why? American soybean farmers are protected by high US tariffs on soy oil imports. This creates

  • @SCROGY makes a big gap b/w the US soy oil & world oil prices; US heavily subsidizes most of its soy oil exports, thereby disrupting world markets. The target price for soy under US federal farm price support programs is $5.80 per bushel of soy, and the gov't compensates farmers when prices are lower. The political clout of the livestock growers' lobby is so strong that the USDA has restricted the amount of soy that can be used in federally subsidized meals in order to maximize the use of meat.

  • @gongoozler18 Where do you get that livestock growers have all this clout? And for the record I eat only free range grass fed beef because cattle shouldn't be fed Soy anyway.

  • @gongoozler18 ................and the best sites for scientific studies provide the information on who exactly funded the study. You MUST investigate who the people are that conducted the study and where the funding for the study came from. I don't trust sites that don't provide the funding details.

  • @ShaAllah7 ooooo faggot parade? LOL sheeeesh look at you getting your cock all twsited how about sdfu?

  • @ShaAllah7 Lol...Wow...That is the stupidest bullcrap ever...Your obviously some stupid ass homophobe...

  • I am male and I have personally used soy for only 6 months and had problems almost immediately. I was drinking 8 quarts of chocolate soy milk because at the time I had heart burn and the soy milk stopped it, but I started to notice that I had pains around my nipples and weight gain around my hips I dont know how but I found a link about soy being toxic so I checked with my doctor and my estrogen level was 10 times the normal and my thyroid had stopped working now Im on thyroid meds, thanks soy

  • @haydenman2 did you find men attractive and become an emotional wreck for 3 or 4 days every month?

  • @ShaAllah7 i had the same thought............

  • Dr. Douglass also wrote an excellent book: AIDS The End of Civilization. AIDS man made retrovirus introduced in Africa via WHO Smallpox vaccination program and in America via Hep-B vaccine targeting promiscuous homosexual males primarily in NY and San Francisco. Vaccines, additives, processing, pesticides; corporations making trillions off us while they slow kill population control. There are a bunch of Hannibal Lechters running the show.

  • You're actually not supposed to give small children soy.

  • @communistrecords Yes, you can give soy to a child, unless he/she has a soy allergy. How about you stop consulting your M.D. for nutrition and dietetics advice. Most medical schools don't integrate not one nutrition course in their curriculum or for problem-based learning. the total nutrition instruction is occurring outside courses specifically dedicated to nutrition. Bottom line is the amount of nutrition education (knowledge and skills) in most medical schools remains inadequate.

  • @gongoozler18 Thanks for replying to a comment that was on year old!

  • My testosterone has increased 12 units in a matter of months ever since ive dropped all soy related products from my diet....soy=shit

  • Nice!

    Thanks for the information..

  • Soy gave me gynecomastia.

  • god, Campbell is so wrong here.

Soy and all other plants got "plant estrogen" or something like that, it has no human effect. If people think they're getting screwed to soy, then it's another factor. Been eating a shitload of soy out of enjoyment, and I'm still the same no matter what.

  • That flies in the face of basic scientific knowledge even outside this video. Also *all* plants do not have phytoestrogens.

  • I'm a 18 yr old dude, drank soy milk & ate McDonalds for 4 years and have developed fat thighs and calves while having zero fat deposits at my stomach area. Men should normally develop fat in their lower abdominals/ stomach with a high fat diet, NOT in thighs, which is where women were naturally made to store fatty triglycerides. Thanks soy & food industries for the pseudo health concerns. Most Asian men are girly and I'm not surprise. I am now a man with elevated estrogen hormones!

  • I hate soy with all of my being.

  • It is very convenient that soy is so cheap to produce

  • Thank god I was never much into Soy.

And then I have started the Paleo diet, which excludes legumes anyway.

You have to cook legumes to eat them otherwise they are poison.

  • even if it were true, what difference does it make? don't you get large quantities of hormones with meat too? this really sounds like bullsh

  • @peg6204 Please google GMO soy rats. It may be that genetically modified soy (the majority of it is now) may be the major factor. They have found stunted growth, early death and higher mortality, also infertility of the second generation.

  • 1. Soy is bad for children as it affects the thyroid gland which is related to growth so babies should NEVER be fed soy milk as a substitute-their growth WILL be stunted.

    2. Soy milk drunk in large-ish quantities is not advisable - it is a non-fermented product & herein lies the problem- it mimics the effects of oestrogen in the body. Fermented soy-tofu, miso, tempeh is fine. The Japanese eat fermented soy and they have low counts of breast cancer.

  • The trouble is that you can't trust anything that comes out of William Campbell Douglass's mouth.

He makes a decent living telling people what they want to hear (don't exercise... eat fatty food, etc) even if his advice will be detrimental to their health.

  • Google "soy breast cancer cornell" You'll find a paper from Cornell University surveying the research regarding the possible soy / breast cancer link in both human and animal models. Quote: "no studies have reliably demonstrated an increase in the risk of breast cancer among women eating soy." Douglass says never buy anything that says low fat or low cholesterol. He claims that soy is literally destroying civilization. There's more evidence that heart disease is destroying civilization.

  • I USED to drink vanilla flavored organic soy milk, was that okay?

  • it is important to note that organic NON-FERMENTED SOY products like Natto, Miso, Tempeh and Soy Sauce are considered ok for human consumption.

  • All of those products ARE-FERMENTED

  • Yeah, seriously, parent post is right. If you think Natto is non-fermented... then you've never eaten Natto... yikes.

All those things are fermented, maybe you meant fermented as opposed to non-fermented.

  • sorry my mistake, I was tired when I wrote that... FERMENTED SOY products like Natto, Miso, Tempeh and Soy Sauce are considered ok for human consumption.

  • mangeese, if you use Google search you'll find the data all over the web.

  • I would like to hear this from other people.
