1:25 into it the song you guys get a great jam going! Instruments are nicely in tune and rhythm is in sync-- a simple request you don't always hear when randomly clicking a youtube video. You all have good voices, but props to guitar player for carrying some authenticity to Jason's vocal styling. I liked the tempo but I think the rhythm choice may have made it more difficult to sing the first 2 verses to (?). Love the overlap of verse and chorus and ending acapella! Nice job guys! -JenelleRox
For the mandolin, capo the 2nd fret and then it's just G D Em C, for the original capo the 4th, listen to a jason mraz live recording for some more mandolin improv ideas.
yeah it's a capo on the first fret. and the mandolin chords are the same as the guitar. we lowered the key with the capo on the mando and barring the guitar so it fit our voices better. i think it's a whole step lower.
good performance and great voices but the Djembe player needs some practice lol
