First of all, they need permission from the band to even do the covers, and could get in enough trouble for using even those without permission.

Secondly, in order to use the real thing, they need the master tracks of the songs in order to separate the guitar/bass tracks from the rest of it. In order to do so without permission, they would have to go to wherever that band's masters are kept, break in, and steal them.

Thirdly, I don't know why I'm wasting my time answering this... bye.
