but he was such a womanizer... if you listen closely, toward the end of the video he talks about his ways. If I'm not mistaken, he's talking about how women don't control him and that a woman can't love two men at once... but that it's ok for it to be the other way around.

She's public property in that case, not a Queen, like Bob's women were. If she doesn't know who the father is, then she can't derive financial support from anyone, which ends up making the children suffer.

If she is certain who the father is, then the children are well supported (provided the father is morally upstanding, like Bob was).

This interview was difficult to hear, but worthwhile all the while. I totally understand and respect what he is saying here about (his) choice of woman. He is a Man, and has every earthly rite to set his kingdom how he saw fit. The way he is explaining to the Queen, is the way he explained to all the Queens that loved him.
