And about auras, can you really see them afterwards? just a couple of questions so i can know what to expect when my awakening finally does present itself.

@nevernextdoor1 I dont need to go to Google, thats a last resource tool for ignorant people.. the believe that the heart chakra have to be opened first is only one theory, I was thought that the root Charka is to be opened first, the rest of the order does not matter, once you are rooted you develop your abilities at your own pace, you dont have to force an specific order, people develope their throat first, other their 3eye.. dont spread fear about the divine force of Kundalini.

@Zikocapoeira I've been having small visions since I was around 4 or five (that's as far as I can remember having them) and after listening to this for a while, the tingling does actually open the third eye chakra or open it wider at least (in my case). After these and meditation sessions, my visions are alot clearer now. Like scary clear and much more often.

about a year ago I took some shrooms because I had heard the sun makes a sound and I had also heard that people in deep meditation can actually hear the sound. so I went outside climbed a tree and waited for the shrooms to kick in. that was one of the most profound expirences, the tree became my mother holding me giving me shalter the sun became my father shinning through the neogreen leaves. I used to be afraid of shrooms but not anymore I love them! now i have a on going process of growing and learning about innerself and the relationships I have with my friends and family and how I should go about fixing problems. I dont fear myself anymore. I think for me the best part is meditating and losing the fear of dying and realizing there is no past or future, time is an illusion all that matters is having consciousness in this moment.

@JonaMina1 Prana is life force, chi. Listen to this with earphones. Also there is a Qigong exercise called, "Beating the Heavenly Drum". Don't drink tap water. The fluoride is very bad for your pineal gland.

@WuffPakk7 I would say to use either an activated alumina or reverse osmosis water filter for your tap water. The activated alumina will also remove lead and arsenic and can be found for about $95. Reverse osmosis i think I've seen as low as $130. If these are out of reach, you can usually buy reverse osmosis water from a machine for maybe 25-35 cents/gallon. Those are the two methods that will remove fluoride. Britta or Pur filters will not.
