@GinJuhKiiD Well you can...but only on some servers. You see, all servers are different, different rules, set-up etc. so in theory you can, but as I said only on some servers. But why would you use your off-line characters anyway ? As I have mentioned many times the NwN community is VERY active and thus you'll find items online that you never would offline ( unless you have been dl some content and kept up to date with the CEP packs and all ) .

@Apfitt It's very addictive, IF you like this world i.e. D&D - 24/7 online servers, VERY active community , endless quests with lots of friendly people from around the world :) Or...do the quests yourself ...if it's doable ....lvl up to 80+ and hit the local arena for a friendly match-up...yes pretty much anything is possible in this awesome game.

The irony about the Shifter class is that it is based on the Shifter Race from D&D but the Shifter from D&D can not shapeshift and the D&D Shifter is a race and not a class. For a game that uses the D&D 3rd Edition rules they forgot about this tiny detail XD. And I have both Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2. (Got the Diamond Edition for NWN 1)

So, pretty much Baldur's Gate sucks ass. The second in particular, having not played the first at all. The micromanagement of the parties are way too tedius, and even having the game on very easy it's close to impossible. NEVERWINTER NIGHTS OWNS BALDURS GATE, you guys think no game compares to baldurs gate? This overpowers it in so many ways. Perhaps it's because you control one individual f**king character and not 6. WHAT THE HELL BIOWARE.

@chrisraybell Ahhh..Baldurs Gate rules in my opinion.Its true Hardcore RPG and gets really fun at later lvls.But yes Neverwinter Nights is great too..Kinda Reminds me Of Diablo I and II but much more harcore.

Granted it's been a while since I have played NwN1 ( continuesly ) but if I remember correctly you have to take wildshape/greater wildshape ( + some points allocated to your wisdom ) if you want to venture into the greater forms :)

NwN1 is still extremely popular, due to it's HUGE fan based mod work. NwN2 is also very popular and the "last" expansion just hit the shelves not long ago.

You can get the Platinum/gold edition of NwN1 which contains all the material to date for as little as ~20$ or so.

Yes you can, but as far as I know you need to install certain modules for this. You can find many such moduels on/in the fan based section of off Bioware :)

Sup Warington (sp?) Did you use any add ons besides hotu or modules to get the shifter dragon breaths? Because one time I was playing Hotu and I tried being a shifter. When I changed to a dragon, I didn't see an option for breath, so I was let down :/ Also, what level were you at to have all those abilities?

hey. I only have the ( at that time ) CEPv.2 installed. It's a universal install from ign.vault ( bioware). And as I mentioned in the video, it's from a live server and they have LOADS of stuff on it :) So I was able to reach this one pretty easy and in mid. 20'ies ( because of my subrace + others ) Hope that helped a bit :)

I will try and answer to the best of my knowledge. You say limited experiance, then I would stay away ( for now ) from the casting classes and some builds that requires you to hit certain lvl's and certain skills/features to make the build worthwhile. I would ( if your playing offline ) go for a figther 28 (= gives you a wide variety of skills/ feats )palemaster 10 ( for the immune to critical hits + some other cool bonuses) and 2 rogue/monk (to increase your tumble when taken at lvl 19 and 40)

Just tested a level 20 Paladin, and a level 20 Cleric against an ancient Red Dragon. The Paladin didn't even come close to killing it. The Cleric brought him down in 2-3 spells. Both were fully buffed up. Cleric is da bomb of all bombs :) Gonna try a druid/shifter now hehe

They're not really a expecipectlvl. U just have to meet certain requirements. First u have to be a lvl 21 druid or lvl 11 shifter. U also have to have 30 wisdom and have wildshape VI.

well you can interact with as many people that the server host has set it to. Usually it is set to around 20-50.

If I understand you correctly, your asking me where to find servers like that, yes ?

If so, you just start your game ( gotta have all the expansions though ! ) and press play. That will take you to a place where you can register your game/and or log on to gamespy, which is the server host. There you'll see numerous servers running and if you look in the upper right side you'll see different categories such as action, rp, solo and the like. click one and servers under that cat. is going to show.

Can u get up to lvl 40 in nwn 1? I don't have it yet (ordered it though) and i thought you could only go up to lvl 20..

nwn is "divided" into 3 parts i.e. updates, but you can get all in a "golden or platinum" edition wich contains all of the updates. 1 Part gets you from 1-20 / second part gets you to 1-30 / and last one gets you from 1-40.
