  • yeah erin.. but its more of what I put in my body that is causing it.. wich makes calorie and protein intake challenging. lots of people experience this.. Some dont. I wish I was hanging out with the later group. but its getting better! ;)

  • Well, I'm glad to hear that it's getting better!

  • Excuse my ignorance but nausea sounds like a natural thing that should occur, right? I mean, don't they remove half of your stomach?

  • I was pretty nauseous for about a month, don't know what caused it but it was mostly in the morning for me. It was my signal that I needed a shake. Tiredness is normal too from what I understand, I am 10 weeks out and still get tired at night. the first 5 or 6 weeks, I was wiped out by early evening.

I haven't had much luck with GNC shakes, but I do like the UNJURY Vanilla and unflavored. I make a shake using 8oz of coffee and vanilla protein powder, a little sf coffemate & ice blended.

  • Yeah, that sounds totally normal to me. I experienced the very same things with all the nausea and strange waves of tiredness. I am STILL having those problems at a month out of surgery!! I guess we just hang in there.... and hope it ends soon?
