One problem though, the audio is out of sync with the video by a fair bit on this version.

Sorry about that, first time at trying to figure out how to capture Video and Audio from a single PC. I have a better version that was recored in 640x480 which is in sync. This version is copied from 1024x768, cropped to fit 640x344, so perhaps during that process I lost it. You live and learn...
