@FurryHaven depends on how good of a PC you run, im on a laptop so i gave up on ARMA, but on a gaming PC with the highest graphics, i would imagine ARMA has the best

@FurryHaven Firsly try A2 Free, then forget about it whether you like it or not - if you like, buy all original A2 and Arrowhead and Reinforcements if you want it all (no Reinf = textures like in Free for PMC and Brits, all other are however nice), and if you don't like it... then forget about it completely. BF2 has a crap graphics compared to ArmA 2 (though BF3, if you mistyped the number, is a serious opponent in that part)

@SuperRiguy I've A2OA running on Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3GHz, R6670 and 2 gigs of RAM, running about 25-30FPS on medium. If your laptop's anywhere near that (or higher) you'll run it cool... (Congrats on your überrig by the way)

It can't be played on any gaming console because they do not have the power to max it out, even most high end gaming PCs struggle with it maxed out, BF3 will be playable on low end gaming machines and consoles maxed out without much trouble. Look up crysis, BF3 ain't got shit on Crysis, and in terms of realism project reality mod for BF2 is the most realistic war game.
