Wing chun is a great martial art and can be used on the street i have many friends who study it and have used it on the street many times .. My teacher was a bare knuckle champion of singapore . Endless you know the martial art and have trained with them how can you judge them its easy to criticize a fighting art when you never trained in it . And as far an expert never run into a Filipino knife fighter with a boot knife on the ground julian . .Wing chun does not hit you once but many times

@slr150 I am a guy with more tha 25 years experience with observing attractive and healthy women and in my opinion this demo is very good. :) But seriously I admire their training methods and clearly they have control over their core and body. Some of these .. practices I would choose not to develop into habits for my own personal self, but then again maybe thats why my kung fu is weak :)
