  • I am sorry but this racism BIG TIME RACISM, If you this video watch?v=_l57vZvQFN4&feature=related the white man calls the police bastards but they didnt rush him to the floor did they and it was the same offense commited as this black dude

  • The guy filming is so irritating, it's like he's trying to come over as some sort of sidewalk lawyer or something... The police must be tired of being hindered doing their job by people like him and the other passers by.

  • Chk John Harris , Robert Menard, Jordan Maxwell Lectures on U Tube :Peace :

  • hahahaAAAA Dat beez rayyycccist n sheeeet! the uk Looks Like a heLLhoLe with aLL those animaLs you have Let in.

that somoLian nigger had guiLt writen aLL over his ugLy mug

  • if he was polite and accepted the fine for the jumping the red light, no doubt he wouldn't have been arrested, His attitude got him arrested...

Typical race card person, He did something wrong so shouts out racism, he gave the wrong details to begin with, tried to fiddle the system he got caught out.. so with that the police are able to arrest him and his childish attitude got himself in more trouble.. nothing to do with colour... There is racism still about because people like this person

  • Oh the cries of humanity!Move abroad if you don't like it..see how the police are elsewhere.Ill think you'll find the law is you can now be arrested for any offence if identity cannot be established or the officer is not satisfied.Camera man..grow a brain

  • Well if he can't answer the questions, he is a suspicious person. Good on them for arresting him.

  • Another foul-mouthed individual feels the force of decent people's laws, excellent.

The police officer was a model of calm and restraint in the face of a barrage of pointless questions from the cameraman, well done to him.

  • Why does the lad who was arrested have to lower it a racist act? His behaviour was the racist one.

  • Any offence is arrestable! Yes that includes cycling through a red light, providing certain criteria is met which is detailed under Sec 24 of PACE. One of those is "Name not known or not verifiable" This chaps name was not verifiable due to pulling out cards with different names therefor the arrest was necessary to ascertain his name and address.

  • No such thing as an arrestable offence anymore, any offence is arrestable now depending on whether or not certain criteria's are met, in this case I bet the muppet in the video didnt give his name and address giving the officer no other choice but to arrest the male - aint hard is it?

  • One more poor black man who did nothing wrong, sure and father Christmas is real.....

  • if he watched his attitude and his mouth he wouldn't have been cuffed.

  • This was out of order. Honstely, whatever the reason. It should not be dealt with like this.

  • What a nice chap... Fully behind the police on this one. Getting tired of people accusing everyone of being racist. A white police officer is able to arrest a black person without being racist.

The guy with the camera is annoying as well!

  • not sure what i think about this... must of been intimidating for the officers, with that mob forming... if he had a different credit card to the name he gave then thats fair enough... and also the guy gave two names apparently

  • I think this was heavy handed. Not happy with this. Get a Video Cam!

  • The issue is not the law itself, but how trivial and minor offensives are arbitrarily applied by the police, which in turn disproportionately affect blacks. It's a statistical anomaly, one of many which apply to blacks and their treatment in our legal system. Anybody who applies Ockham's razor to the mountain of statistical evidence regarding how blacks are treated compared to their white counterpart, can only come to one logical conclusion. For some, the conclusion is simply too unpalatable.

  • @village1d1ot No, if his name was verifiable he'd have been given a 30quid fine just like anyone else who decided to cycle through a red light. The fact he was black had nothing to do with it.

  • You break the law you take the heat, stop crying like a baby & man up!

  • Only one guy being rude and offensive here and it isn't the police officer.....cyclist/motorist goes through a red light (offence) and then provides a credit card with a name on it that is different to the name he had reluctantly given earlier. Reasonable grounds to believe name provided isn't his actual name. Textbook grounds for arrest.

  • Yeo bros! lettes all get dem Fasist poolice! Yah!

  • It's not possible to categorically state whether this arrest was fair and legal on the basis of this video - which commences after the arrest. However, everything about the attitude of the arrested man, the bystanders and the person making the video leaves me feeling huge sympathy towards the police officers. The guy making the video was obviously haranguing the officers with question after question - if he really felt there had been a miscarriage of justice, he'd have just shut up and filmed.

  • All the time I hear blacks saying 'you be targetin' black man bruv, I ain't done nuffink bruv you racist bruv'. Why? If you break the law, you get punished, no matter what colour you are. If you think that it's because you're black then go somewhere else just like anybody who doesn't like an area would. It's got fuck all to do with race. If a black policeman had him under arrest, would you say that it was because he was black then? No. So that makes you racist.

  • Amazing all this began with RLJ.Reminds me of another video ´Cop verses Cyclist´by undercurrentspaulo. The police officer in Ligalis video wre called a racist pig.Maybe he is,maybe not,he knows the answer to that. However i believe all this could have been prevented. Not RLJ for a start.

  • Amazing that all this kicked off with RLJ.Another video comes to mind after watching this.´Cop verses Cyclist´by undercurrentspaulo. The police officer were called a racist pig..ouch!Maybe he is,maybe not,he knows for sure. But i really believe all this could have been avoided. Not RLJ would have been a start.

  • I'm a black guy and I hate the way police have treated me and mine (all colours) in the past but I'm about to turn white supremacist listening to that little prick in the handcuffs.

  • fuck the police

  • Getting aggressive is why the cunt was handcuffed.

  • FTR, how annoying is that fat black sow towards the end? Bix Nood!

  • this criminal deserves what he got. I'm Asian, I've never been harassed by the police. They are professional and polite. Some people just need to obey the law!

  • What did he think was going to happen, gobbing off at the police?

  • This is typical of how the police behave towards black people, we need to take notes of these racist and their numbers. Thing have now escalated to a new level if you run from the racist police they shoot to kill like the did to a youth on Ferry Lane yesterday in front of lots of witnesses. . Lots of eyewitness black and white saw it and said the same thing, now they are holding a whole estate hostage where we are not allowed to leave the estate over 24 hours now.

  • The owner of this video - PLEASE use this video as evidence for lodging a complaint. Refusing to give your name is not neccessarily an arrestable offence. Police everyday are getting away everyday with unprofessional conduct and abuse, there are lot of videos on YouTube like this, but noone is using it to give these coppers a taste of their own law. Please complain.

  • @greendayidiot13 It is when you give one name then you carry a credit card/debit card with someone else's name on.

  • @joeypesci And who is to say he wasn't carrying a friends or parents card? But, oh wait, he's black, he OBVIOUSLY stole it.

  • @greendayidiot13 Bullshit. Making out it's a fucking race thing. If he was white and had the same attitude then the same thing would of happened.

  • @joeblacks have that attitude due to years of this stuff happening

  • @greendayidiot13 Yes it is, if a Police Constable suspects you've committed an offence and request your name and adress and you refuse or the details are believed to be false then you ARE liable for arrest under Sec 25 PACE - do some RESEARCH people... COME ON.

  • Fuck this videos. No racism what so ever. It is the suspects fault for not being able to comply with the police and receive a simple ticket. If he screams like that, he will get arrested no doubt. Not only black but anyone.

Seriously, grow up and tell that kid to face a simple penalty ticket.
