The porting doesn't go through the walls. There are some areas where we are only removing small amount of the aluminum. That makes it look like holes.
The only way to prevent that would be to port even bigger (to accommodate casting tolerances) - But you would end up with an port too big for a good torque band. Thanks for watching!

Strange... looks like the porting goes through the port runner wall and into the cylinder head bolt holes... how are you sealing that?
