For example, I don't see why you said they "stole" your chips so they could resell them. If anything, it is in server security and customer service that they lack.

Your right I am an Idot for buying chips from them in the first place but I didn't know any better at the time i bought them. And I only paid 20 or 30 bucks for 750K chips. Then you wake up one day and log on and theres a BAN message saying that your account has been banned. You come to find out that they banned you cause they thought you were selling chips. You have a right to be angry at Zynga and I agree they're customer service isn't the greatest ,but many of your claims are unwarranted. For example, I don't see why you said they "stole" your chips so they could resell them. That is a completely ridiculous statement--they can generate all the chips they want, they don't need to steal a small amount from you to do that. I don't see where this unethical business comes in. If anything, it is in server security and customer service that they lack.

All I can say - FOLLOW THE MONEY! Zynga is a joke, you are 100% correct on all points. Zynga is very crooked. I also purchased chips from Zynga to start my game play. After being hacked 3 times, and was refused any satisfaction from Zynga, I placed a claim with PayPal, stated they were either unwilling or unable to secure their serves so theft cannot occur, and that they refused to investigate. PayPal issued Full Refund based on their lack of cooperation. Hit 'em where it hurts - in the wallet.

Maybe Zynga would be more customer oriented if someone circulated the email addresses of the venture capital firms financing them & then the VCs rec'd a deluge of customer complaints about Zynga's total lack of concern for what matters most- the end user.
If I had cash vested & saw the all of complaints, tactics, & behavior they engage in; I'd pull the plug. I bet if Zynga got a lil free press in the WSJ by bombarding an editor's email w/ complaints, they'd pull their head out.

As for the reason why Zynga sucks, it's because the games suck. Annoying popups jumping at a rate of at least 5 per minute, gheez! Couldn't stand another game for 5 more seconds.

Your right I am an Idot for buying chips from them in the first place but I didn't know any better at the time i bought them. And I only paid 20 or 30 bucks for 750K chips. I like to support companies that are starting up but I had no idea that these guys were assholes. From the 750K I kept playing and built up my stack to 3Billion chips and then one day they take them. I can take a loss of 20-30 buck but the people that buy chips in the 100s of dollars now thats stupid!

i've heard a lot of this sort of thing has been going on, now and then i buy coins for mafia wars and chips for poker. i buy all the to weapons on mafia wars and then fight someone with less mafia and at a lower level and still lose , it has to be rigged. i reckon the poker is rigged too i played on 1 table for an hour and 90% of flops included an ace. Also all in players seem to land the nuts too many times for it to be chance , even the bored or drunk looking 1s all in with 8 3 off suit

Not only did they Ban me but they conviscate the 30 mil. why dont they just leave it there.

Ok so put yourself in my shoes. You invest a lot of time into this game and you make new friends at the poker tables. And you build you chip stack from nothing to 1.3B. Then you wake up one day and log on and theres a BAN message saying that your account has been banned. You come to find out that they banned you cause they thought you were selling chips. Then they only give you 1M out of the 1.3B that you had back. Wouldn't that piss you off???

The only time I paid real money was when I first joined zynga and gave them 30 bucks I think for 750K chips and I built my chip stack to 1.3B. And you tell me that I suck at poker. I have been playing now on Glamble poker and have over 275B chips that I built up since I left zynga about a year ago. How come Glamble hasn't accused me of selling chips??? See this video is NOT about the chips but more of the principle of the matter and how unethical they really are.

Most game ideas of Zynga are quite cool but they have to make "special coins" to buy before you play the game like with the poker game. Why can't there actually be a company that isn't shit or that rips off on little pictures on the screen, and with some games you first have to buy something before you can play!
