no, this is unique to blowhard, BUT many songs in the game are remixed from the main theme, the credits, and each other, and some bits of this song are remixed from the title theme.

It may have been a slight glitch. Did you cheat to get everything?

I've had a problem with other levels in Spyro, you need to finish the level through the end portal. Try doing that on the last level.
