Are you playing Easy or Normal mode? Anyway I recommend to treat the black burns at the end, because the red ones after a bit will turn black. Try to focus more on crafting a lot of sinthetic skin, then drain the blood and cover quickly the wound. With practice you'll be able to become even faster. ;)

Wow, this level was so poorly explained. There was no way to know that it takes four skin grafts for each burn. It's challenging enough to do it in time anyway, why make you guess the first ten times until you by accident place it in the right way? I like this game, but when it has a badly explained operation, it hits a brick wall.

this is actually easy....

BUT... you need precission,speed, and concentration......

make sinthetic skin first.. lots of them..

pick one area.. clear it than start puting one by one... than use antibiotic gel

do the rest..

vitals can be maintained...

dont wandering around... pick a spot.. than focus

making a lot of sinthetic skin.. saves a lot of time

my friend was having trouble on this. she said that the skin kept on falling off the burns when she knows that she used the antibiotic gel for it to stay on. i don't think she has the game anymore though. hmmmm.... maybe she'll consider getting Trauma Team like I am.

Thanks so much for this video. How the HELL was I supposed to know that each burn circle could be treated by four grafts? I was trying to cover an entire area of continuous burns at once, and the blood kept coming too fast!!

I don't see what the big problem is. I could do this operation twice as fast as this person did. As long as you keep enough spare tissue in stock you can get through burns in seconds.

it took me a good 5 tries to complete this crap. i kept doing the black burns and not getting them done in time and the black would come back, but i couldnt do the blue syringe on it again, so it was impossible to heal.

i eventually just cleared everything but the black ones and cut a bunch of extra skin to have just in case.

healing touch on the guy is helpful on this level.
