a couple of things. first, the hebrew word for "miscarriage" doesnt necessarily mean a miscarriage but rather a premature birth. infact some translations actually use the word "early birth" or words to that effect. This is a bold move on Beck's part. I know he calls Lisa Rose brave, but I think the same can be said for him. Regardless of the debate raging in the comments around me, he doesn't focus on the legality or morality of abortion in general. My point was that most of these people who are "waiting to adopt" for ridiculous amounts of time do so because they are not willing to adopt older children who need homes NOW. a couple of things. first, the hebrew word for "miscarriage" doesnt necessarily mean a miscarriage but rather a premature birth. infact some translations actually use the word "early birth" or words to that effect. Also within the context, the injury to the infant is clearly accidental not intentional.

This is a bold move on Beck's part. I know he calls Lisa Rose brave, but I think the same can be said for him. Regardless of the debate raging in the comments around me, he doesn't focus on the legality or morality of abortion in general. Sure he gives his opinion, but his point is that it's not right for abortion clinics to turn a blind eye to sexual abuse and rape when the best evidence is staring them in the face. I think, pro life or pro choice, we all can agree that that should be stopped.

I detest that here in South Africa abortion is legal, no matter what age the girl is - and that without having to receive counseling (although it's recommended, it's not enforced) or parental consent. There are many things I find amusing about this video and one thing I find highly irritating. I acknowledge that there are many people out there waiting to adopt. There are also many, many, many children out there waiting to be adopted. What irritates me is that when anti-abortion people play the "waiting to adopt card" they say these people are waiting to adopt a child instead of saying they are waiting to adopt an INFANT. There are plenty of children available now in the foster care system.

My point was that most of these people who are "waiting to adopt" for ridiculous amounts of time do so because they are not willing to adopt older children who need homes NOW. They would rather allow them to age out of the foster system while they wait for an infant. The argument could be made that they are the selfish ones for waiting. You are also incorrect. Many pregnancies end, naturally or otherwise, before the giving birth point.

LOL. There has been studies saying the exact opposite! In fact a NCI researcher admitted the breast cancer- abortion link was true. The study was done in 2009 co-authored by Louise A. Brinton who was the chief organizer for the 2003 NCI worskhop that tried to maintain that there was no link. Now Brinton is calling abortion a "know risk factor" for breast cancer.

1. Women under age 18 who had an induced abortion have an increased breast cancer risk of 150%.
2. Women of age 30 and above who aborted a FIRST pregnancy increase their breast cancer risk by 110%.
3. Overall, women who have an induced abortion have an increased breast cancer risk of 50%
