@rupert154 Hi, It's at Inerleithen in the Scottish Borders, UK. It is part of the 7stanes MTB sites across the area. Some of it is the XC course, other sections unofficial or part of the downhill trails. One of my favourite places to ride.

I've since sold my Epic in preference to a Stumpy (2009 Pro Carbon model).

I'd recommend an Epic if you do any competitive events OR if you're not into fast, rough or jumpy descents. Though I did Have Reba U-Turns which are an amazing fork.

I'f you're happy to be a little slower up the hills but want to have more fun on the descents, go for the Stumpy. It inspires a bit more confidence landing it and the slightly more upright riding position helps on the steep, technical descents.

Looks fun.. upgrading my Mountain bike soon I hope but was leaning towards the Stumpjumper for a good all around bike. You have enough plushness in that thing for fast decents as well as its flat and climbing ability?

Get a MTB! Pick up a good spec bike 2nd hand and go find some local trails and start having fun! I've uploaded a new video, we went night riding down the same trails, a bit more extreme but what a buzz!

2007 model, built up using Hope/X0/Mavic/Easton/Crank Bros bits with a pair of Reba U-turns on the front so I could ride 99% of trails and non-trail routes. Replaced it with a Carbon Stumpy Pro which is better suited to the routes I normally ride

Helmet hero's absolutely rock, they are so versatile, take a look at some of my ones, especially gtress3 and reverse helmet cam, bike looks great what is it??

The Reverse Cam looks like it'll be worth playing around making a boom up for mounting it - what did you use? My biike is a SWORKS Epic built up as a do it all bike: Reba Team U Turn on the front and a Gravity Dropper on the rear. I'm happy to throw it around anywhere but The Matador at Innerleithen.

My one uses one of the go pro mounts attachet to the back of the helmet with a 3 foot alloy square tube and another cam mount on the end of that, i will do a quick vid, there have been a few folk asking

My bike is a humble Giant XTC 4.5 hardtail, only been doing this for a short time but am liking it a lot
