I wanted to let you know, you might also be missing Arkham Asylum: Serious House on Serious Earth. I know you've read it, but due to events concerning Black Mask II and events from Shadow of the Bat: Batman The Last Arkham, where they reference Amadeus Akrham, I believe the story may now officialy be in continuity.

I know the inker for the book, Jack Purcell, personally and I got to see him ink many of the issues. Really good series I thought.
