  • All of the stocks are representative of Real Companies with Employees. real companies make jobs. the people running these funds and companies are the best at making jobs. they are the same people in financials because guess what- jobs, products and services generate money.

yeah that govt. inside info is not fair and not right (no idea about whats illegal here) and they should have people that are good at doing some important stuff do important stuff- especially when this stuff is needed.

  • This is a full blown case of insider trading that includes politicians!

  • To bad the FBI and CIA are just lackeys for these criminals, or they would be in jail.

  • is that legal? not unlike martha stewart?

  • this CC option is hilarious

  • Watch my videos and join my dictatorship

  • Let's start the 99% party and clean these fuckers out.

  • kiss the ladies, shake hands with the fellows, then it's open for business like a cheap bordello, and they call it democracy

  • We got the best that money, (big money), can buy.

    At least it's a bi-partisan effort.

  • School is not the place to learn how to make a lot of money. You have to go to congress for that.

  • Gee I'm sure glad that we have the SEC to police the financial system for insider trading...

Oh that's right I forgot, SEC stands for Secure Exchange Corruption...

  • It's not hard to make money. It's hard to make money with integrity.

  • Then all of Europe turns into a speculator gold mine. And the same thing is happening in the U.S. These investors and bankers are utterly worthless. It's not that hard to work in Wall-street, you don't have to work every day and you'll make a killing, but you're stealing money from the American people. We're becoming a police state where the top make ridiculous profits and the poor get shafted.

  • Why is the system so hopelessly corrupt and evil. I hate banks, speculators, and hedge fund managers. Look at Europe if that financial system goes down, who gets hurt government jobs and the private sector. And then who gets hurt the poor and the middle class. What gets cut government support, healthcare, education and spending. Then what happens people lose jobs and they can't pay for their properties. Then we get a property bubble. Then their houses devalue. Then speculators buy the houses.

  • TYT it is good to have you guys on the side of liberty

  • timothy geithner must have his cell phone on vibrate.

  • Didn't Martha Stewart go to jail for something like this?

  • Re-Call every senator and "representative" in every state--all at once...NOW!! It is Legal. It is Moral. It is Possible. Quote me: "You can't re-call Wall Street but you CAN re-call Congress!"

  • look how surprised he is that the dems are also in on the take. yes, democrats are also corrupt, shocker.... but but i thought they were for the minorities, gays and working class...LMAO

  • Cenk, I love you, you're awesome, keep doing what you're doing :-)

  • this show is a pretty good anti depressant... idk why though lol i should be mad about insider trading.... i really thought it was illegal.. but since its not from a company its legal?

  • Ron Paul 2012!!!

Honest, principled A man who's voting record honors ideals that are well founded in the best plan for self government ever created: The US Constitution. The supreme law of the land!

  • There are laws against insider trading arent there? The SEC should investigate these crookes

  • Hang the congressmen involved, publicly.

Throw the hedge managers into a meatgrinder feet first, publicly.

  • if this was the marvel universe, the punisher would be in heaven.

  • Can we start hanging people already? Im tired of all that peaceful protest bullshit.

  • this shit'll never change.

  • I guess insider trading isn't illegal when it's crooked politicians providing the info...

  • The system is broken.

  • There's no vigilantes here in USA. And that's the proof.

  • go Cenk... keeping us informed, thank you!!

  • I think politicians should be treated very much like admins on MMO servers.

    .

Though they play an integral role in how the country (server) runs / develops, they are not allowed to unfairly profit from the system they are the custodians of, as their position allows them to rig the system in their favor, and profit unfairly.

And no matter how much they kiss ass or donate to the existing admins, they cannot weasel their way into a position of authority on the server. Fair recruiting for all.

  • These crooked Senators and Wall Street SOBs are effing bastards. I wish we could put every last one of them in prison for life + 100 years !!! :-(

  • we can talk (TALK) about this all day. WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS> WE THE PEOPLE RUN THE GOV THE GOV DOESN'T RUN US. THE TIME TO RISE IS NOW

  • I don't know about you but in some democratic and non-democratic countries, this would be considered corruption and the least thing that politicians would have to do is step down. Of course, in the US, all of our politicians get away with it. We need a revolution, guys.

  • Well the law doesn't allow Senators to use the information for their own profit. But they are allowed to pass this info on to family members and Hedge funds. It's the perfect plutocracy.

  • American politician are broken, bought and pay for

  • Where the hell is Eric Holder?

  • I want the government to stop socialism in America. Socialise the losses and privatize the profits, no that system will no longer suffice. It is sickening when corporations are asking for tax cuts when many of them don't even pay a dime. It is sickening when politicians bash the poor for welfare fraud when they are the biggest welfare fraudsters in the nation. Time to regulate the biggest piggy bank in the world.

  • @aswanus909 Privatizing profits and socializing losses is the economics of Fascism according to Mussolini. You have it backwards. What you think is socialism is in fact fascism.

  • @aswanus909. The issue is not socialism.

It doesn't matter what form of government, those with power will screw those with none (commie, fascist, socialist, capitalist or Islamic law)

Humans are a disease, we are not happy unless we feel we are superior to others (money, religion, power etc.)

If you feel outraged about behavior by the powerful, it simply means you have no power yourself

Welcome to my house, make yourself comfortable

  • Someone should fly a plane into wallstreet

  • This... this is just despicable. This is so far down on the morality scale that it might break the fabric of reality . But, if I may quote Cenk himself,

    "OF COURSE!!"

  • (Democrats) The FARCE is strong with this one.

(Republicans) Come over to the DARK side.

  • Executions for the Wall Street and Washington criminals.

  • I think it's funny that Cenk says mainstream media doesn't report the facts but all the articles he cites are from mainstream sources. Wall St Journal is about as mainstream as it gets.

  • @PSCreativeGaming Um, no, Cenk doesn't even make half a million per year. You're a douche.

  • Comment removed

  • Fu#@ voting for them kill them before they kill everything on this planet.

  • What do you mean "What can we do about it?", STOP VOTING FOR THE SAME IDIOTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!!

  • @Smilefriendly1 you're a real slowpoke aren't you? you are only allowed to vote for certain politicians. Money talks and money corrupts. By the time you get to VOTE, it doesn't matter because your options have already been paid for.

  • @TrollAttack1 are you thick or something? Does someone put a gun to your head and make you vote? Saying "oh well they're all bad so we don't have a choice", pathetic. It's this sad attitude that is making these corrupt politicians survive. Carry on though, you're doing great so far :)

  • @Smilefriendly1 I don't vote, but you can. It doesn't matter because by the time you vote on the politician, they've already been bought. You do have a choice, it's just that those choices are preselected by the establishment. Sorry.

  • Politicians make enough money as it is. They shouldn't be allowed to invest in anything. They shouldn't be allowed to lobby for five years after leaving office. Any money from book sales or speeches about their time in office should go into the National Treasury.

  • @JEFF9K We also need to set Term Limits

  • @JEFF9K

    Excellent suggestions, Comrade JEFF9K.

  • thank goodness we have the yong turks

  • It is an INSULT TO *FASCISM* to associate it with the present state-corporate alliance in Washington.

In FASCISM, the STATE is the "daddy" in the partnership, and gives out spankings for "unpatriotic behavior" by industrialists and holders of capital.

In the USA, big money calls the show.

America is not fascist - it is an imperial plutocracy.

  • @cne08 i troll, and hes a cop. And cenk does make 5 million a year.

  • And in other news.... Wolf-Pac.

  • Left out is the upside 4 politicians. Providing said info allows them 2 invest in & profit in the same manner as their Wall Street counterparts. And bcuz it's NOT illegal for them 2 own & trade stocks they'll fork over info that they can themselves then use 2 profit from. In fact with IPO's it's a fairly commonplace practice. Consider also that 43% of the 198 members of Congress who've left since 1998 have become registered lobbyists and the inference is obvious. Oh... not 2 mention 100% legal.

  • WHAT CAN WE DO????

  • Stories like this make me think it's time to just start killing these people. The system isn't going to change, how else are we ever going to get rid of these people? If 10 of these corrupt politicians and investors were gunned down per week, then there might be some motive for them to stop doing it.

  • @OktoberSunset Completely agree with you. Let's start with all the asshole warmongers like Dick Cheney first.

  • @OktoberSunset calm down, Stalin. These people are smarter than the general population. They will get their way. Just accept it because that's how it works every where else in the world.

  • @OktoberSunset Wow, such hatred. Just take it easy.

  • @OktoberSunset careful now, i thought the right were the only people who talked about killing?

  • @OktoberSunset Agreed. Or blow up there offices :P

  • @TheSpy3mo *their.

Is there anyone on YouTube that knows the difference between there, they're and their???

  • @OktoberSunset Agreed. It's time to bring back the Guillotine.

  • @OktoberSunset 23 likes? Hello, Internet Hate Machine.

  • @avatarmn Its not the "Internet Hate Machine." Its due to the fact that, when people are sharing their opinions online, they feel anonymous, and thus they don't filter their opinions. On the internet, you get peoples raw and true opinions (excluding trolls) in a completely open environment---which is exactly why the government and its monetary puppeteers wants to destroy the free nature of our current Internet.

    .

That people are liking that comment so much showcases our inevitable civil war.

  • @avatarmn Are you a hippie?

  • @OktoberSunset illegally occupy a street because there isn't anything else strong enough that the peasants can do.

  • @OktoberSunset I recommend a series called Akumetsu that toys with this sentiment. I wont tell you how it ends.

  • @OktoberSunset Seriously, we either chop off their political balls (have to elect a strong libertarian like Ron Paul) or they have to disappear. If you can't change the system within the system, then you have to destroy it and start from scratch.

  • @OktoberSunset The American people need about 100 or so John Allen Muhammad's regulating DC from the trunk of a Caprice Classic.

  • Anyone know if I can torrent/stream the TYT current show?

  • 14% vs 77% on my ocz stock over one quarter?

  • Comment removed

  • @stefminus Moron.

  • The idea of a free, disembedded market is flawed from the very beginning.

    .

Not only is it a theoretical model that has never existed in reality; the continued corruption and takeover by banking theives and stock market manipulators in the bastion of capitalism, the U.S Empire, shows how it will never ever be possible in the future.

  • america,

    fuck yeah!

  • When are you guys gonna cover the NDAA?

  • @koalalauncher They've done at least two videos on it.

  • Well, if there is one thing we have learned from history it is that corrupt societies fall... That's as close to a natural law as we'll ever get with regard to economics. And USA? The most corrupt country in the western world. Yes, here in Europe we have corruption too. But, the level of corruption in USA is just astounding. Your country will go down, just as sure as the earth revolves the sun. You spend trillions of dollar on the army. Still, the real enemy is corruption. That's irony!!

  • How clever and important this managers are, finding out what will happen .

They deserv a lot of money , really.

  • Why am i not surprised?

  • Kill Them all.

  • Comment removed

  • INSIDER INFORMATION IT'S JAIL TIME COMING FOR SOMEONE ON WALL ST

  • Even though this isn't a surprise it's good of TYT to report it but sad that they're the only one reporting it.

  • Chelsea Clinton manages a hedge fund...

  • Yes, there are laws against insider training. But they are for the little fish: you and I and everyone else who has the temerity to think they are big shit. The really big fish, who have the ability to buy politicians' and regulators' ear, time and integrity, have laws and rules written where they are exempt the restrictions that everyone else is bound to follow. You would be hard pressed to think of a greater investment one can make than buying politicians. The ROI is out of this world.

  • @gregwi562 I agree, they seem (they being corporations) to have more rights than individual people.

  • There used to be a law against insider trading. I guess there isn't one now.

  • Although this is not breaking news, it is another reminder that the political & financial systems in this country is rigged.

For the trolls who come on TYT to defend the status quo, you are the biggest dopes, fools and enablers this country has to offer. I know you are not one of the insiders who makes millions (or even thousands -hundreds??) of dollars playing the stock market. You are bunch of brain washed/thoughtless idiots who are too stupid to realize the joke is on you.

  • Are there no laws against this?

  • Ammo

  • This shit is going to end with our government collapsing entirely if this keeps up. I don't want it to be that way, but that's where we're heading. The corruption is so endemic I don't see us stopping it - every effort to stop it get squelched. So we're just going to head to collapse.

We're not going to see serious reform until senators like this are wheeled out of their office with the office furniture the way that old communists were in the collapse of the soviet union.

  • @HisEmptyHouse to be honest, I hope the government collapse's, it impossible that they'll do the "right thing", it's the only option that will lead to a newer, better government.

  • @HisEmptyHouse Hey it's what happened to Rome, in both halves, east (byzantine) and western. The government got so corrupt that and useless that it was easy prey to out side powers, Germanic people in the west, the Arabs/Turks in the east.

  • Our government is the USSR circa 1987. Just like the USSR then the corruption was just so utterly rampant that all the government officials stood for was to steal from the public and nothing else.

  • Look at this fascist asshole. This sinner's propaganda is too much. There is nothing wrong with making any fucking money. How do any of these situations that Cenk just describe have anything to do with screwing the American people. Oh that's right, they actually don't. Cenk is a wealthy man himself these days as is the lascivious fascist queen Ana. Look at what she's been wearing recently, as she clearly looks wealthy. Your sinful Wolf-PAC shit looks more like crap all the time.

  • @jatt5at Don't you dare throw around the term 'fascist' when you clearly don't know what the term means, you worthless irrelevant scum.

  • @jatt5at Troll-ololol

  • @jatt5at I agree that this show represents a certain view on issues. I think there is unfair ways of making money that should be deemed illegal. Insider trade is illegal under current law. The problem over all is that if the economy is based on these financial transactions rather than production of goods, that economy is running on credits. Since it is not producing anything, it can't back it up with tangible things. What happens when the currency is jacked? Economy in the trash.

  • I bet Cenk won't be reporting on Al Gore's insider trading...

  • @PSCrativeGaming Your trolling fails. This is how you do it. Your an idiot, your dad should have used the cum shot that made on your mother's face or one of your uncles...

  • @frepi Legal and corrupt aren't dependant on eachother at all

  • I've just shared this video with Facebook and Twitter!

  • @PSCreativeGaming Cenk does not make $5,000,000 a year, you made that number up. Also fuck your dad

  • @TokkerProductions I'm sure Cenk is making some bank, but you're right... there's no way he's on 5mill a year :P

  • @TokkerProductions Also fuck your dad LMFAOOOOOoooo

  • These "job creators" have "earned it" they so richly deserve the huge tax breaks they receive.

    Please note the dripping sarcasm.

  • @PSCreativeGaming "So what?" The act of obtaining insider knowledge undermines every principle of equality and competition within the economy!

As for making "us" rich, insider knowledge provides companies and investors with a distinct advantage that no other group can procure. The objections raised here are not against wealth, but against the unfair acquisition of same.

  • @PSCreativeGaming. "Hey TYT my dad is a hedge fund manager, and gets "insider" knowledge. So what? It makes us rich and Americans the same. And before everyone bashes on me, did you know "Cynk" makes five million a year. That's rich so bash on him to." How many lies can you tell in one post? Your dad isn't a hedge fund manager. He's stuck in a crap job but you say he's a hedge fund manager to make him sound good. BTW it isn't "Cynk" it's Cenk and he doesn't make five million a year.

  • @cne08 Your dad is a damned crook.

If Cenk makes $5 million a year (which I doubt he does, but I am sure he would love to), at least he is earning it by honest means.

Once again, kid, this is about ill-gotten gains and rigging the system that is supposed to be fair. No one here is bashing legitimate income.

  • If all of this is legal, then how can you call it corruption?

  • @frepi it's legal because the crooks made it legal, that IS corruption

  • And you wonder why the politicians voted the public option out of discussion.

  • Oh golly gee! I wonder it that's inside information? I think it is. Of course, if it was you and I we would rot in the worst prison there is. However, they'll get a slap on the wrist if any.

  • You Americans are so crazy with your "unregulated" capitalism and Ron Paul type jerkoffs, who would leave a dying man on the street instead of giving him his medicare or whatever that stuff is...

  • Is there no lobby that plays the game better ?

I thought the advantage of the US Governmentsystem is the open lobbyism. Thought the people know wich senator will be lobbying for whom, so they can choose themselves, by vote wich lobby they support.

In Germany it comes out at the end of legislation or long after the elections or s.th.

I would be lucky to know inb4 election wich lobby is beeing supported. Actually they all act random, doesn't matter who you vote. Very sad.

  • We need a public option government.

  • Comment removed

  • @chasca23 Um, what? Why is this comment top rated? Ron Paul is just as corrupt as anyone else? lol...

  • Yeah, Maxine Waters would never be allowed that position--she's not so easily bought...

  • What a surprise!

  • TYT has finally come around !

I knew you guys were close to getting it, which is why I subscribed over a year ago. It was frustrating at times, but seeing you support the Wall Street movement was a huge step. The problem are the elitists at the top which have been pushing to corrupt the minds of world society.

Anyways, hope you will turn around soon and realize Ron Paul is the only solution to "fix" the system and avoid Nazism : )

  • @mattyelle1 Ron Paul isn't going to do anything about the system. Do you ever listen to what he says? He is against regulations of any kind,,no, he didn't support the bailouts, but he has also said that the government regulations on Wall Street need to be removed, and let the free market work itself out.

  • @bigvirgotube He is not against all regulation, just most of them. He shouldn't have supported the bailouts. Hello they got bailouts and didn't bail the average American out and on top of that gave themselves big fat bonuses. The bailouts were for us, not them!

  • @kerry31088 I don't know...most of the talks I've heard here on TYT, and transcripts I've read, he seems adamantly against Federal government imposing regulations on corporations--this would include Wall Street. i don't see where he voted for any of Financial Reform deal either--something he was dead against. He always has stated that if you let the markets work things out, they will take care of issues themselves.

  • How long will the average US citizen stand for this? It seems to me like the likely outcome of all this (if it keeps getting progressively worse, as it has) is a coup d'état and or civil war. I can feel the tension rising. I'm all for peace, but the govt being mostly passive aggressive and sometimes abusive is not peace. We'd live in overwhelming fear of when we're gonna get screwed next if it gets worse. Is that worth being "peaceful"? I think it's a civic duty to fight that.

  • This benefits the people who make the laws, of course it isn't illegal.

  • The source of the problem is the government itself for giving out information. You limit its power and it would not have any information.

  • "We win!"

  • i love cenk, it's like someone opening my eyes from the fucking lies the american government has been telling me my whole life

  • @ninearthify you're a perfect example of what's wrong with people, you follow someone opinions, why not do your own research and use your own fucking brain? Cenk is wrong on at least 50% of the things he says.

  • Kim Jong Il sees no problem here.

  • so, what are the odds on Maloney over Waters?? cuz i'm thinking of placing that bet.

  • Thumbs up if your in the military, and will help the American people when the revolution kicks off?

  • There's just no limits to this kind of greed. It's their drug of choice, their cocaine fix. How many yachts and private jets and hookers do these guy need to sustain their bloated lifestyle? They've made billions off our hard work, they're robbing us blind and somehow they are entitled. This country is one big game of Monopoly. I just can't see how they could possibly justify this and I just can't believe there are people in the 99% defending them. Talk about having your loyalties outta whack

  • Of course it's all legal! Why would the SAME politicians getting bribed vote for laws to regulate insider trading?

  • Sad part is that none of these stories really surprise anyone anymore. this country has become such a fuckin joke !

  • Republicans = We know the public knows we take bribes and don't give a damn about it.

Democrats = We do it out of public view so we look like good guys doing it for your best interest.

  • @wtf0804 Oh, man! You are 100% correct! I really think you got it.

  • @wtf0804 Good take on the epidemic that is Washington corruption.

  • @wtf0804 So true. Republicans tell you to your face they're going to screw you. Democrats tell you they are going to do whats best for you, and then screw you.

  • @wtf0804 difference is, most Republican voters try to force it out of their minds.

  • And now we know why men and women of extreme wealth want to become politicians. Greed has no bounds.

  • It's all those hippies' fault! If we get tougher on OWS, and lock them up forever, issues like this would never be a problem.

  • Ahh government and capitalist working together it warms your heart doesn't it? No, we'll off to the chambers with u then! When we the people stand for such blatant corruption, what do we expect will happen? This pattern has been repeated a million times before .. It usually starts with corruption of political office..

  • And AGAIN if a *regular* person did this he would be put in Guatanamo Bay for 764 years fried in the chair and then revived and slaughtered like a animal.
