Yes, good for you! I have a digital slr, do not need an fm transmitter because my car has an iphone interface that handles my calls and music, and more free apps gauranteed to work. Ovi store has 1000 apps at the moment and maybe half can work on the N97. We all know ovi store is failure....people will still buy S60 apps directly from developers.

I made my preference mate! I prefer the iPhone right now because it works as designed.

Nokia will be playing catch up on the N97 for a while(first catch up will be a way to increase speed and free up ram...434mhz/128mb cannot touch the iPhone's 600mhz/256mb ram.

N97 is another Sybian error Loads of faults which they will not support. N97 is a Crap Phone. I love the N97 but woul not recommend it right. N97 wins in design and contructions IMO but the 3Gs represents a better platform for me at this point because I want a faster device, apps to run on the fast device, and more than anything the 299 price points trumps the N97.

Check out my blog and you can see the proof. The N97 is more utilitarian but the 3Gs is a sleeper. It's responsive and well integrated.

yah but you can't have multiple applications open on the iphone and still run the phone as fast or with no hiccups as you can with the N97.

I'm an N97 owner and I think that the N97 is an excellent piece of hardware, but an incomplete piece of software.

I wouldn't switch to an iPhone though... the iPhone OS is old news and starting to look quite bland. Android is the only OS worth using right now, until some serious firmware updates for the N97.
